Really simple and works well. I actually using it and no problem. Good if you want to show your Klout score and one thing important to say is that it also create a link to your Klout profile. Good to earn +K easily on Klout.

Lack of screenshots is not encouraging – when I implemented, noticed only text, inspected the element and noticed it pointed to a plugin directory called kscore. Sadly this was not the directory that WordPress installed the plugin/widget to.
Anyhow – looks terrible – don’t even bother.
