The plugin offers pay later (invoice), which can’t be disabled. Thus the plugin is worthless to us.
We wont send out orders without payment and deal with customers payments and delays, because Klarna forces us to offer this payment method!

Pessimo. il 90% degli ordini vengono persi. Una buona percentuale può riguardare ovviamente il processo del cliente, ma quando vedi 7/8 ordini annullati al giorno su 8/9 che utilizzano klarna, ti brucia parecchio.
Installati 3 PLUGIN DIVERSI PER FUNZIONARE CON TUTTI I SERVIZI.
Assistenze non all’altezza, non risolvono il problema e sia per krokedil che per klarna è “tutto ok”. Per le commissioni che prende il servizio è totalmente inadeguato. Passerò quanto prima ad un altro metodo di pagamento rateale

Honestly I’m speechless…5 days trying to reset the password to access the merchant portal…and no email send…impossible to contact someone if you are not log in…

I really want this plugin to work, but it has issues. A lot of customers are experiencing problems in the checkout process, and are simply not able to complete the purchase. One of the most common issues seems to be that the plugin are not responding when the customer are asked to choose between bank ID or mobile ID. This are indeed resulting in lot’s of cancelled/lost order (I have several webshops, the plugin have the same issue with all of them). All other payment gateways work flawless (Vipps and Stripe).
I hope Klarna will put resources in to development of a new plugin, or making this one work.

I used this plugin and Klarna as a payment provider for a short while. Unfortunately, we had many orders that got cancelled without any reason given. In the Klarna backend there are no error messages whatsoever. Asking some of those customers about what went wrong, they answered that the payment process just froze. Some even believed that their payment had been successful and were waiting for their order. Klarna support was very unhelpful, tried to blame it on customers’ credit-worthiness. However, most of them were able to pay with PayPal (even using invoice as payment method, which also checks credit-worthiness) without any problem. In the end, six customers’ orders failed (100%) within only two days.
What is mysterious though is that I myself was able to place two test orders (in the live system using SOFORT and invoice as payment methods) without any issues. Perhaps our customers are just too stupid?! However, they were smart enough to pay using PayPal PLUS payment gateway. So, I had to deactivate Klarna unfortunately because we cannot afford so many cancelled orders. I am now using Klarna Slice-it and Klarna Pay-Later through Mollie, which works just fine.
Plus, with Mollie I get feedback in the backend about the reason when a payment doesn’t go through. I can see when Klarna refused an installment payment, for instance. In the Klarna backend, that kind of information was not visible in the logs/protocol. I could not even see which payment method offered by Klarna they were using. It just says: “Klarna.” Very unhelpful.

Haven’t had any issues that others reported, support replied promptly to my question when I had an issue. What’s not to like!
Please keep up the good work devs, there’s lots of room for improvement so hoping it continues ??
P.S. Do you have somewhere to log bugs? As there’s some small annoyances that could be easily fixed.

Apparently the failure of the payments gateway implementation is due to our website, even though multiple other gateways work fine. Klarna support could only point the finger and tell us that if we re-platform some day to get in touch. Absolutely ridiculous, yes we will rebuild our website to use your payment gateway. It seems there focus or interest sure isn’t in the Woocommerce platform.
We were never able to deal directly with a WordPress expert or anyone that understood the plugin, we were told that our site had incompatibilities, pointing to the Aelia currency switcher, I had to correct the support person and show them the documentation where it specifically states that this plugin is supported!
I asked for other site examples running Klarna so I could investigate the technical side further, I even insinuated that we would pay to have an experienced dev to implement, no response to any of this. How can we implement if we have no access to any experts who understand both Woocommcere and Klarna?
If you are after a finance option to offer your customers, opt for zip or afterpay where integration is flawless and customer service superior. Klarna has been a big time waster, even the sales person who sold us on the usage of the service fails to respond.

Leider aktuell noch nicht empfehlenswert Klarna mit Woocommerce zu nutzen. Ich hatte 4 Bestellungen über Klarna und bei zweien gab es Probleme. Das ist mir zu viel. U.a. wird die Bestellung storniert. Leider wird anscheinend der letzte Schritt vom Kunden nicht durchgeführt oder das Browserfenster wird nicht lange genug offen gehalten. So funktioniert das nicht.

Klarna seems like a great company, but their plugin sucks. It’s not even owned by Klarna, it’s owned by a company called Krokedil. So when I contacted Klarna as I installed the plugin and there are lots of CSS compatibility issues with text going off the page and background colours not aligning. Klarna were very abrupt saying speak to Krokedil. So I emailed them and they said they wouldn’t help and I need to speak to a developer. They have only tested compatibility with 1 theme and you can only use the plugin in one country, unless you buy the 1 multi-currency plugin they have tested it with which is £55
