I have used Keyy to login to my website for nearly seven years now, since its very early days. Unlike other apps, Keyy keeps it simple. It is a simple app on your phone and a simple plugin on your wordpress dashboard. No endless options and settings. It just does what it is supposed to do. The visual design is clear and clutter-free, which adds to the calm I experience when using the app. Over the years, the few times I ran into a problem, support was quick, intelligent and exceedingly helpful. I wish more of the internet was like this: elegant, friendly, simple, calm.

Hi,
Wordpress, te plugin and the Android applications are all udated.
Indead, it seems to be very simple to use, but I tried to scan the QR code with two different applications on Android, and none of them have been able to read the QR code.
Both of the two applications told me that the QR code was wrong.
So I understand that you don’t want to have bad evalutation, but I can can do no more than two stars, for the “easy way to use”, but, as it’s not worknig, I won’t go further.

I was searching for quite a while to find an authentication app which is easy to use, easy to set up and has a fancy UI. With keyy I finally found it. Support is also really fantastic, these guys are extremely friendly and quick. Absolute recommendation

I have many subdomains and Keyy will work on one but fail on others. I frequently have to disable Keyy via FTP, log in to my site, then re-enable Keyy. I wonder whether it’s worth it!

Ik had mezelf buitengesloten van mijn site; ik kwam er met geen mogelijkheid meer in. Ankur, de helpdesk medewerker van Keyy leerde mij om stap voor stap in te loggen. Hij is heel erg behulpzaam en geduldig. Hij weet hoe te communiceren met een beginner en blijft professioneel en beleefd. Hij bleef contact zoeken, totdat het probleem volledig verholpen was. Mijn site doet het weer helemaal goed, dankzijn Ankur! Super blij
I locked myself out of my site. Ankur was very patient and explained step by step how to work it out. He is very polite and understanding, even to a beginner like me.

I like Keyy because it is so convenient to login without password. However, I ran into some unusual problem in setting up keyy on my second site. Ankur was very professional and helpful. He set up a Zoom call. He walked me through the steps and fixed the problem. Thanks Ankur for the great support.

I experienced for the first time a problem with the app not allowing me to log into all my websites. Ankur responded to my query within a very short time and eventually we needed to conduct a zoom meeting for him to test my site. He had to reset my account and I had to reset my app. And wah-la, I could log into my account! Very pleased with the support that I received. 5-stars/thumbs-up!

Thanks this is awesome, easy to use, very logical.
Would give 5 stars if it had an inverted option, for dark themes.
(Or can you force the background white instead of transparent, otherwise the dark theme comes through between the orange bars and the phone doesn’t scan it right.)

Install and config ok, I cant understand the negative reviews.
Not using for production sites, sort of checking it.

This plugin should not be available as it does not work whatsoever.
I believe most if not all of these 5-star comments are fake.
When you try to go to the website it’s not even there!
Never sent the registration email though tried several times. App definitely did not work whatsoever. Ended up deleting everything.
It’s irresponsible when the ‘developers’ of this plugin leave it online when they know it’s a complete and unmitigated disaster and NOT WORKING.
