Is it possible to design the show/hide button to toggle ON or OFF in the backend of WP so the TOC shows up collapsed when looked at on the webpage and the actual user can decide to open it or not.

I like your plugin very much – if it ever comes to a paid version, count me in!

Love the plugin. However, it does lack one important feature which is available in most TOC plugins, and that is the possibility of disabling the indendtation (nesting) of the table. If you have like H1-H4, then you’ll need too much space for the TOC (in the sidebar), because it is indented (nested). Is it possible to add an option that disables the nesting/indentation?
