Has anyone got this to work?
Just cannot get it to raise an invoice in Kashflow. Best I can get is if I disable Only send completed orders to KashFlow for invoicing then I get the customer setup (address etc) but never get an invoice.
Is there no support? If it doesn’t work it should be taken down!!!

Hi there,
I am implementing this plugin for a client that takes manual bank transfer payments.
When a purchase is completed, there is no customer profile and invoice automatically created in Kashflow. Can you please help?
By the way this is a great tool for my clients and i am using this plugin alot now. That said, as this seems to be the the only one on the market and that Kashflow advertise this on their site, can it be updated more regularly?
If it can be updated regularly then i would pay for this plugin as it is a useful tool. Well until my current problem is solved.

For some reason the payments from woocommerce are being assigned to the wrong invoices in Kashflow. I’d rather not assign the payments as I sync this with PayPal. Is there a way to stop invoices being marked as paid?
]]>Hi
for some reason when we get an order in woocommmerce and it imports it into kashflow, it is creating 2x invoices. one with a payment one with outstanding payment? customer has paid with paypal.

Kind regards
When woocommerce imports the invoice into kashflow and the customer used a coupon code it shows as them still owing the amount the coupon has discounted. so im getting a load of customers showing as being debtors.
can you help please.
many thanks
Does this plugin import orders into Kashflow that took place before setting up Kashflow plugin? I set it up and it’s not importing orders from the past 2 months. Is there anything else that I need to do? Or does it only import new orders? (orders after installing plugin). I’m not seeing any documentation on setting up the sync. Thank you
]]>Hi,
Would it be easy to include a function to have an option so that Kashflow sends an invoice to the customer?
The API exposes the ‘EmailInvoice’ method.
Thanks,
Tim

]]>Hi,
I installed Kashflow for woocommerce yesterday. It pulls through the orders however it is pulling through everything and sometimes several times. It should only pull through orders that are valid processing orders but its also pulling pending and cancelled ones. How do I make it only take the processing ones. It happens a lot that people pull out of the purchase on the checkout page or their credit card doesnt get accepted so then we get a pending purchase. If you could tell me how to set it up so it doesnt pull pending or cancelled orders through I would appreciate it.

]]>Hi
Since we sometimes make a manual order from the Woocommerce part of WordPress Admin, in case the customer calls us etc… doing this does not seem to create the invoice or quotation in Kashflow.
It would really help to have this feature.
The manual order section is under Woocommerce->Orders->Add Order
]]>Hi Steve
I understand from your previous support replies that Kashflow for Woocommerce uses email addresses to identify customers.
Does it also do that for guest checkout customers and if so, even though they don’t have an account on woocomm, will it still identify them as the same customer (if email same) within your plugin and woocomm?
Thanks
David
Thanks for all of your previous help ?? however ….
We now seem to have the problem that Woocommerce is creating sequential order numbers quite happiily (up to 213 now) but when it goes through to Kashflow as a quote the order number has changed to 224. I know we can change it manually in Kashflow before converting to an invoice but having to backwards refer is a bit of a pain.
And one tiny thing more … now we use ‘quotes’ in Kashflow it seems to be ignoring the discount voucher amount and passing through the full retail amount, when we would rather it passes across the amount payable.
Sorry ??
Glen
]]>We have a database of already existing Kashflow customers which we wish to use with our new woocommerce site.
Is it possible that the plugin can interrogate the existing database to see whether a customer already exists and then create the invoice as part of the already established customer account instead of creating a new account?
Thanks

Hiya, loving the plugin you’ve made but am I being dumb… is it suppose to create an invoice as well as the customer?
]]>Hi there, this looks great. I have a quick question on how the plugin handles customer sources. Can you set a default customer source for all customer records created by the plugin in KashFlow?
Thanks
