After spend some minutes to configure at last doesn’t do anything, doesn’t import the content, etc.
In addition, this damaged something that worked well and that was the starter templates, now, with this new function, the previous one stopped working.

I originally had an issue that was caused by SSL issue.
And got the error “Error, Unable to access template database, please try re-downloading“
However after a bit of help from the team I was able to get this working. Works perfectly and team has great support.

I have tried working with the Kadence Starter Plugin on 3 different website projects and on each occasion, it broke my sites immediately, triggering ‘website-wide database errors’. I had to access the root file through FTP to delete. And always immediately, site start functioning properly.
I am still wondering why this is the case, probably another plugin I installed is conflicting with it.

There are no import options like for Astra where you have option not to import starter theme content.

I have always found editing site titles and headers to be frustrating, but the (free) Kadence theme changed that. I had already used the Kadence blocks (pro) plugin on a few different sites (without the Kadence theme) and I like the styling of the Advanced Galleries and Heading blocks, the List, Accordion and Icon blocks, as well as how the Row Layout gives me full-width options and the columns make it easy to create different configurations – the way Gutenberg is intended to be used!
Adding to this now is the Starter Templates Plugin, which makes setting up new sites (or sites that already have lots of content, because it works with those as well), much easier and is giving me creative ideas for sections of other sites I already manage.

There are other themes that try to do the same demo site stuff, don’t confuse this with that.
Kadence Starter Templates is something new and refreshingly innovative.
It takes out all the tediousness of making a website and lets you truly create something that is uniquely yours and represents you.
Most starter templates install all sorts of bloat junkware along with the template, but you don’t get any of that here.
You get an entire website, which even has a contact form and it only installs 1 plugin which is performance optimized.
It doesn’t get any better than this.
