I could not get the the plugin to work. I tried adding it with short-code and plain text but all it did was either who the short-code or a plain white square. I ended up using the standard i-frame tool in the JotForm builder publish settings

This works if you want to simply take the url of your form you created on JotForm and just paste it into your post of page, but using this plugin makes the iframe not as large as the form, so users have to scroll vertically withing the iframe which is within the page this plugin embedded it on.
The default iframe code given to you on the website doesn’t have this issue.
