I am experiencing an issue with the JoomSport plugin on my WordPress site. The standings for all teams in the league are displaying as 0 points, even though matches have been played and results have been entered.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Any guidance on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

The system that worked flawlessly for 4 years automatically deleted our match day data.

I contacted my hosting provider, no deletion is visible in cpanel.

In this case, we had a huge archive loss and we did nothing about it.

Our page lost data because all fixtures, tables and results were deleted depending on the match days.

Can you provide any guidance on this issue?

We have created events on the event stats page as shown in this image. However, on the front end, it does not show the red card event stats as shown in this image.

How do I get all event stats to show up on the front end?

manage – matchday, i need more then 110 games in 1 competition, is that posible? When i add more games the will delete automatic when i save it all.

i have a competition with 12 teams en we all play home and away games. so i need 134 games. now the max is 110. can someone help me with this issue?

Everything was working fine last week, and when we checked tis morning the league tables dissappeared for some reason. I am placing the shortcodes using Elementor. All other league tables we have on the website are showing, it is just specifically on this page for some reason.

I created a new season and added the teams. I have noticed that the players do not remain in the team. Will I need to add them all again to the new season? I am hoping that I am missing something and there is a quicker way as it will be quite time-consuming to add all players to their same teams again for the new season.

Hi there,

One of the groups was deleted by mistake with an accidental mouse click. We did not update the page and refreshed it. However when the page refreshed the group was gone, and now the entire group has vanished from the front-end.

How do we get the group back? It gave no warning that the group was being delted and just delted it.

Is there a way to bulk disable comments on match pages where matches have already been created?

I know I can go in to each indiviudal match and disable the comments, but am hoping there is a bulk way to do this. I’ve checked the settings and cannot find anything, but I could have missed it.

We created a new season, added the players and matches. We then put in goalscoreres and cards info as we have done with previous leagues and seasons, but for some reason on this particular season, there is no player stats being shown on the frontend.

We are using the shortcodes to display on a page built with Elementor, and here is one of the shorcodes:

I created a season but when I create a team I can’t assign it to the season. The season field remains empty and there is no way to select.
On the main team page it doesn’t even give the possibility to select the season
He started doing it out of nowhere. I also tried uninstalling the plugin but nothing.

Is there a way to exclude certain matches from the matchday? I have semi-finals that I want to go in another section, so don’t want them to display them twice. For these particular matches, I have set it as a playoff.

We run a hockey club and use JoomSports for the fixtures, league standings and stats.

We created a few groups under the season for the different divisions of the men’s and ladies’ leagues.

We have a scenario now where we need to create some new groups and move some of the matches that have already been played from the existing groups created at the beginning to the new groups. This is for the ladies’ groups only

We have created the new groups under the season, and have gone into the matchdays and selected the correct group for each match from the dropdown options.

It however does not seem to be taking the desired effect as the league table for the existing group and newly created groups seem to combine all the matches into one. We need to show a league table for the first groups we created, and then another league table for the new groups we created. I hope I am making sense.

Here is an image to show an example of the league tables for the first group created and the new group created and how all the stats are combined.

Is there somewhere else I need to set the groups up correctly, so that the league table only shows the stats for that particular group, or would I need to redo the entire league?

I had to add some extra matchdays to our hockey league. Is there a way to order the matchdays in the backend, as the new matchdays I’ve added are at the bottom of the fixture dropdown list (as you will see on the page I’ve linked to) and when you click the arrows to go between the dates it does not go in date order?

Or would I need to recreate the other matchdays again after the new matchdays I’ve inserted?

I just want to find out if it is possible to move a match from one matchday to another, or would I need to delete the match from the current matchday and reload it on the new matchday with all the match and player stats again?

This is for a match that has already been played, but on a different date, and that’s why all the stats are already completed.

If the only way to move the match is to delete it and re-load it on the new matchday, will this remove all game and player stats from the current matchday, and I can then insert the stats again when I reload the match again on the new matchday? I just don;t want to have the stats duplicated.

I am trying to remove a team from a season, so that the team does not appear in the matchdays as well as on the league table.

I have deleted all their matches, and I have removed them from the season successfully.

I however cannot remove the season under the team page. I click on the “X” to remove the season and save the page. But when the page reloads it still shows the season on the team page.

How do I remove the season from the team successfully, so that they do not appear on the league table?

Is it possible to re-sort the players for each match in the team line-up (with an extra field / number / etc… ?)

The background is that in each match, e.g. the junior players always have the position 6 + 7, and the players who are up to 24 years old are usually always on the position three.

Now it is so that the players as entered always sort themselves in the same way.

Thanks for the great plugin. I use the plugin for speedway (motorbike) sports and it works very well. I use it for eight leagues with almost 400 riders.

I have three questions:

1.)
When I create a league (or season) I have a text field. Under the text field is the hint:
“The description is not displayed by default, but may be displayed on some themes.”

For example:

But I need a text field to display something basic on the main page. I can create an additional field for the season, but I can’t see where it is even after typing it in.

Is there any way to basically have a text displayed on the main league page via the two tabs?

I haven’t found a shortcode to show me all players across all clubs and also with the clubs.

Is there a possibility to do this?

3. 
   I have other league table widget in use at the moment. But I would like to use the widget from JoomSport. With my old tables I have the possibility to link to the main page of each league under the widget.

Hello,

I would like to change the clubs ranking from by goals difference to the winner in the both home and away matches!

For example, if team A and B has 30 points, and team A has +7 Goal diff and team B has +10 goal diff, normally team B would rank better, but team A has won in both matches, so i want to change of who rank higher is the one who won in both matches (home & away)
