If you can help me, please.

1) How can I restrict the registration of only one candidate per job vacancy?
2) The company receives the email stating that the registration was successful, but the candidate is not receiving the email. What can it be?
3) When I open the details of the candidate, his data appears with an option to include a note for him, but when I click on it, nothing appears for me to be able to post it.
4) When I register an interview, is it possible for the candidate to automatically receive an email informing them of the date and time of the interview?

I have a problem with the mails which send the plugin. The rows are messed up in the mail.

The admin is receiving multiple emails for the same application and even in the applications section in wp-admin dashboard.

I am not getting the issue here. Can you please help me with the same?

I’m facing issues with adding / editing and fields in the App. form Setting. tab. They just don’t seem to be saving anymore. Looking at the plugin in debug mode gives me a lot of warnings and depreciation errors; I don’t know where to start in trying to identify where the problem(s) may lie

Having trawled through this plugin’s support it suggest we might being seeing some updates – but that was mentioned over a year now.

where is the data for the jobs kept in the database, and better what sql will get them out of the database for export?

The plugin works fine and sends the applications to the correct address. However, if we put in a certain email address the application never arrives, not even in spam.

Are there log files we can check anywhere to see what might be happening?

When a user registers by clicking on the “Register” button and entering a user name, password, password again and email address and then he clicks on “Register”, the page goes back to the same Register page (but blank). The user gets created in word press but the user does not get a notification email. Additionally, if the user tries to login with the credentials he entered when creating his account, it does not work, it simply takes him back to the login/register screen with no error messages. Also, if the users clicks on the forgot password link and enters his email address, it takes him to a “page cannot be displayed” page. Any help will be appreciated

The keyword search bar on our jobs board seems to be malfunctioning. You can search the title of a job (with or without quotes), and it won’t show up in the search results. I can’t find any other support about this for this plugin, so I thought I’d ask here.

I am looking to build a site with a job board for a employment agency or recruitment firm where they will post job openings for several of their client companies.

The goal is to have their client companies be able to have their own login profile and then be able to submit their own job openings that would be screened by the recruitment firm. Once approved that job opening would be posted without the brand or contact info of that company.

On the job seeker side, if they apply for a position it would go to the recruitment firm for review. If approved, it would then show up in the client company’s account as a potential candidate for that position but without the contact info of the job seeker.

Is this possible to do with your plugin (I have a very experienced WP developer on my team) or is your plugin just intended for a single company to post their job openings?

Someone’s just applied for a job on the site, but instead of the email going to the address stipulated in the settings, it’s gone to my (site admin) email. Any idea how I change this? I’ve seen your advice about SMTP settings but I’m not sure it’s relevant in this case as the email did send, just to the wrong address.

Looking to secure my wordpress site. I have everything on a peristent certificate that redirects everything to an SSL extension with the exception of my careers page. My careers page is modeled around this plugin. A lot of work has been done to it. I have used one click SSL to make it secure and everything works save for this slug.

Hi Tom,

As another user noted — After installing the WPML plugin, clicking on any job listing somehow displays our recent blog posts instead of the actual job. (Slug shows the correct URL but our posts are displayed instead of the job)

Flushing permalinks doesn’t seem to help. Our permalinks are currently set to “post name”. If I change this to “plain” (with ID) or if I disable WPML, there is no problem at all.

Any clue what could be causing this or what a work around might be? Thanks

Category pages created withing Job Manager are set to…

<meta name=”robots” content=”noindex,follow”/>

…within the html with no way of changing them. I’ve tried to use Yoast to do this but it is ignored. This means Google won’t index any of the category pages and generates errors in the webmaster console. I want the pages to be indexed by setting them to:

How do I do this?

Hello –

At the bottom of each job page, we always notice that there is a navigation link that appears that says “Next Page” – but when we click on it, it goes to an error “Page Not Found” page. I have been unable to resolve this. Can you please take a look? Would love to know how to either 1) remove the link entirely or 2) have it redirect to a our main job page (https://healthallianceinternational.org/work-with-us/) and say “Main Job Page” instead of Next Page.

Hi, is it possible to do the following please;

1) change the CV upload directory so that permissions can be changed to stop being able to access the uploaded CV’s

2) stop the uploaded CV’s from appearing in the media library.

the plugin is great and helps a lot but many applicants are asking if the transmission was successful – is it possible to send a confirmation mail after the applicant have successful apply for a Job?

I have read lots of your posts here regarding this subject but nothing seems to help. I installed “WP Mail SMTP” and when I test it by sending a test email that always comes through quickly. But when I test sending an application it never comes in email. It does appear in the Applications section.

So, I know the external SMTP is working and my host is sending the email and my email is being received and delivered when sent from “WP Mail SMTP” but the Job Manager won’t seem to send.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

How can I format the completed applications for printing? The print option within the plugin has it so that the content bleeds out the sides and consumes a number of pages. Is there a plugin or another option to make printing better?
