Hi John,
still evaluating calendar plugins but yours is just brlilliant !
To add to a post the 2 fields Beginning and End for an event is just what I need to have ! It keeps things simple and it’s free. Perfect !
I try to set-up an event agreator from different calendars therefore I will try to see with a RSS plugin how I can import posts to feed my calendar with your app.
2 comments if you allow me (hope you will understand what I mean with my broken english…):
1) let say I have differents categories : Movies, Concerts, Festival. it would be just fantastic that when a user is watching the calendar, they could display/remove events according their catergories. Example : I arrive to the calendar page and by default I am seeing all events…it might be messy as I can have 10 differnts type of events…example then I filter events to display for concerts only. Could be good feature as well !
2) The widget WordPress Calendar by default is displaying the date when I wrote my posts, It doesn’t use the Beginning & Ends date of your precious plugin. I guess by some programming it could be changed (but I didn’t have a look on that yet) so to have somehow into my right side menu of my web site, I added a widget picture that is linked to the page I put your calendar. I like this option too but it’s sad not to have the same mini calendar as wordpress on widget.
Big thanks again for your plugin !!
Cheers.
