I wanted something fairly simple, and this is it. It installed easily, functions well with the current WordPress, and was updated just last night. The interface is unobtrusive, and the reviews and the information they contain are well laid out on the final post page.
I have a short wish list:
1) I wish it had a user-configurable review category. A lot of what I’ll be reviewing (websites, crafts patterns, etc.) doesn’t fit with the provided categories and is getting dumped into “other.”
2) I wish that bright-blue stripe could be toned down, replaced with a different color, or even user-configurable. I haven’t delved into the stylesheet yet.
3) There is a small, faint, but clearly present “missing image” link within the “summary” block. It leads to the author’s website. I wish it would Go Away.
Still, on the whole, this is a simple and clean way to do what I want to do–write reviews. I’ll go with five stars because I have no idea how complex my wish list might be.

It’s a promising plugin. Easy and simple. JKL Reviews offers a convenient and pretty form in post admin page.
For usage, I’d be more interested if we could have the ability to link automatically (without shortcode if possible) the reviews on a custom post types rather than default posts.
In addition, the categories defined in the reviews forms are not clickable (like posts categories and posts tags by default) on the post page (frontend). This would however be useful to display the same reviews (movies genre for example).
Similarly for the reviews types. Able to display only the videos, or books, … etc.
Maybe choice to place the review before/after content.
Anyway JKL Reviews is well. It depends needs;)
To follow.
