I added <br> in the title. It seemed to be a great work around but now with wooCommerce updating to 4.4.1 I can see the code in the title (i took it out) and it is now cut off under the navigation.
Any ideas how to move the title back down?

Migration went well with no issue, but plugin/pages and everything remains in english even if wp-config.php is in fr_FR.
I would like to be able to track stock movements, e.g. date an item was sold, name of purchaser, etc. Is such a facility already available in WordPress. I use the Jigoshop extension on my site.

Will the new multiple currency software force a change in currency to the users ip address?
At present most of my customers are from the USA, and my site is default New Zealand dollars.
If I change the global currency in Settings to USD, then it doesn’t convert all price to USD, it just changes the suffix to USD.

Looking at my Reports in Jigoshop, when a customer buys a product for $35NZD (the default currency), but selects USD for the purpose, then in Reports & in Orders it displays the USD value with the NZD suffix, e.g. $26NZD, when it should be $26USD.
How can my Emails display the correct currency that the customer selected?
How can my Reports display the correct currency, or simply convert it to the default currency for clearer reporting to me?

When a customer purchased my eBook today, they paid in USD. The default currency is NZD. Their payment went through PayPal ok, however Jigoshop registered this error:
PayPal Validation Error: Payment currency received (USD) does not match Shop currency.
Order status changed from Pending to On-Hold.
I have manually completed the order.
How can I get around this error in the future?

If a customer emails me and wants a more customized product, can I use jigoshop to create an order invoice for a unique product? I haven’t been able to do this so far, only Add New Order.
Ideally I’d like to use my jigoshop platform for invoicing and customer database, but maybe it’s not the right product for that purpose?

After updating Jigo to version 2.1.4, the lightbox function was disabled throughout the site.
Installing new plugs does not produce results. The lightbox function available from Jigoshop is also not affected – is not working.
I do not know if it’s related to this but Jigo throws this error:
TypeError: a (…). Colorbox is not a function
plugins / jigoshop-ecommerce / assets / js / shop / product.js: 1: 27
Please help how to solve the problem.

Since the v2 upgrade, our emails are formatted terrible, showing code, etc.
I’ve found there’s no “Generate Emails” button available where it used to be now.
How do we fix this?

I have installed the new Jigoshop eCommerce and ran the migration tool. However, all of my templates are now useless. I am ready to recreate the templates, however, I cannot find them. I’ve tried to create a JigoShop folder with the ‘Shop’ template, which is the only one I can find, but it doesn’t work. I have even tried to put shortcodes in other page templates or even in the content of the page, but nothing works.
Please help!
]]>When an order is processed with one product the shipping costs are correct but when an order with multiple products (tried 2 to 15), the cost for shipping only increases by less than a dollar. Weights and dimensions are inputted correctly. Any ideas?

But because some new problems additional to old problems, i decided to use old jigoshop 1.x version.
Now i want to change to Jigoshop eCommerce. But meanwhile there are new orders and products. When i activate Jigoshop eCommerce, i see the old data entries of old migration.
How can i update the migration data or start the migration process again?

My issue appears to be that in the newest releases of Jigoshop when you choose the wildcard ‘Any of …’ for a variation in a variable product it will include all types of that attribute and not just the ones you’ve selected for that in the attributes tab.
For example I have a shoe that comes in sizes ‘9, 10, 11’. When editing the variable product I select 9, 10 and 11 from my Size attributes tab (from a list of sizes ‘5 – 13’). Then I add a variation selecting ‘All of Size’ dropdown and set a price and inventory method. When I view the product it shows all sizes 5 through 13 and not those assigned to that variable product. If I make a specific variation for each size it works fine however this is extremely time consuming with 1000+ products and not how it worked previously.
I should point out I discovered this when preparing for an update from the previous Jigo 1.x version. To ensure this error persisted I created a new WP install with the most recent Jigoshop installed and no other plugins. Created new attributes and products with nothing else in the system. I also tried this on PHP 5.6 and 7.0. I can publish one of these WP installs if it will help.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am creating a new site / theme, and wish to export all my 1000 products from the old site to the new ‘local’ in development site.
I have used:
jigoshop-official-csv-importer – (says it’s not eCommerce compatible)
jigoshop-product-csv-suite – (Would not activate)
How do I export from 1.18 to eCommerce please.?

Hi, I have just upgraded to Jigoshop eCommerce 2.
So far mostly good but I have not had any real sales through, just some tests.
I have my tax settings correct, however when I first get to the checkout, its not showing the TOTALS correctly with the SUBTOTAL and TOTAL but not tax included, however if you accept the order with “Purchase and Pay” then it shows the tax and recalculates the TOTAL correctly.
I have checked all the necessary country and tax settings and nothing fixes this, I suspect its a sort of bug ?
Pretty important to resolve my busy sales period is starting soon.

since updating from Jigoshop 2.0.something, (last update before this was around the end of 2016), I’m no longer able to select a category when running a WP_Query.
I’m using:
WP_Query( ‘post_type=product&posts_per_page=4&product_category=Devices’ )
Since updating, my code just lists products starting at latest. A previous update did require changing to “product_category” from “category”. Is this a similar change? The previous change I was able to reference from the meta/db, however now I’m stuck since it appears that product_category should be correct.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

In the variations, we have our the products listed in different sizes (e.g 20, 40, 60, 120, 500, 1000).
Is there any setting that can make these show on the website site in the correct size order? They are currently showing in a random order on 200+ product lines (e.g 500/20/40/60/120/1000) and I wondered if there was a quick fix rather than having to manually change all products?
Any help would be much appreciated!
