Hi,
Last week ( 27/07/2023 ) we had an online order request for 35€.
In our system (WooCommerce backend) it showed the order was cancelled.
We were notified from the customer that his bank ( BoC ) has captured the amount of 35€. Looking at the JCC gateway the amount was indeed captured ! We just gave the refund to the customer.
Could you please check into this since it is a serious issue and needs to be resolved ASAP.

I entered the correct merchant id, password and acquirer id.
I also unchecked the test mode.
When i try to perform an order, i am getting the below error message:
Order ID: (7518) failed due to “3DS Lookup has failed”.
Any idea how i can resolve this?

When you click on:”Procceed to JCC Gateway”
The below information comes up

PAYMENT METHOD:
Credit/Debit card
There is no place for the customer to put card details to procceed with the payment.

]]>Hey when the order has failed status with a reason incorect CVV for a example then when the order comes back and is successful from jcc the status is still failed and the reason description is Duplicate Order Id
Im using the latest version of the plugin
Simple and nice plugin, but having couple of issues with some orders:
First Error:
This happens frequently.
“Order ID: (wc_order_xxxxxxx) failed due to “Duplicate Order Id”. Order status changed from Processing to Failed.”
What happens is i receive two payloads from JCC response on the same order which intern shows the order as faild with teh above message, in the JCC backend i see the payment only went through once.
Second Error:
This happens more rarely, but the response payload shows multiple failed attempts of transacting, and a failed order, but infact the transaction went through once and we never recieve a responsee_code=1
It would be cool to resolve these issues
