Experiencing a significant issue with my sites using InfiniteWP. Need help!
I’ve emailed [email protected] but I’m not getting any response. Can someone help me?
Gary Gordon
Hi Guys,
I seem to be getting this error on my IWP dashboard:
‘Ajax API error Mysql connect error: (1226) User has exceeded the ‘max_user_connections’ resource (current value: 40)’
Have had a look online and cant find anything relevant, most of the topics are just discussing either SQL or other databases or the front-end of WordPress sites. If anyone knows anything that can help or even point me in the right direction, I will be very appreciative.
Thanks in advance.

]]>Hi,
I′ve done this several times, but with this site, as the title says, there will not come up the “Popup” where the credentials are.
So, what causes this issue?
I know it is hard to say, without seeing the Site.
I just want to ask, if this issue comes up, is there a workaround with some hints I can try out?
Thanks in advance

What up with this?
]]>Firefox was not acepting to “Load admin here” giving a CORS/sameorigin error:
The loading of “https://example.com/wp-admin/?auto_login=1&iwp_goto=&signature=&message_id=1885&username= in a frame is denied by “X-Frame-Options“ directive set to “SAMEORIGIN“.
I fixed adding the following headers inside the file wp-config.php
to allow the site to be loaded inside an iframe on my IWP subdomain:
define( 'WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE', 'minor' );
header('X-Content-Security-Policy: frame-ancestors iwp.mydomain.com');
header('Content-Security-Policy: frame-ancestors iwp.mydomain.com');
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */
A staging copy hosted on Hostinger didn’t accept this solution and ended up working with this on .htaccess
:
<ifModule mod_headers.c>
Header always unset X-Frame-Options
</ifModule>

After updating to the latest version of InfiniteWP’s dashboard (2.17.0) it gives the error
Manual SQL Error: [1146] Table ‘*_wppanel.iwp_addons_v3′ doesn’t exist in file /WPPanel/index.php On line 11
SELECT slug, status FROM iwp_addons_v3 WHERE slug IN(‘scheduleBackup’, ‘clientReporting’, ‘wpOptimize’)
I read a solution would be to switch the panel to v3, that doesn’t do anything so it seems. Tested on PHP 7.4 and 8.0, no difference, didn’t work in both cases.
Did a restore of the backup and went back to 2.15.9, all working well again.
Using the “switch to v3” crashes it (PHP 8.0)
Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function appErrorHandler(), 4 passed and exactly 5 expected in /home/username/domains/userdomain.nl/public_html/WPPanel/v3/includes/commonFunctions.php:510 Stack trace: #0 /home/username/domains/userdomain.nl/public_html/WPPanel/v3/includes/db.php(43): appErrorHandler() #1 /home/username/domains/userdomain.nl/public_html/WPPanel/v3/controllers/appFunctions.php(10): DB::connect() #2 /home/username/domains/userdomain.nl/public_html/WPPanel/v3/includes/app.php(65): DBConnectAndSetOptions() #3 /home/username/domains/userdomain.nl/public_html/WPPanel/v3/index.php(2): include(‘…’) #4 {main} thrown in /home/username/domains/userdomain.nl/public_html/WPPanel/v3/includes/commonFunctions.php on line 510
Using the “switch to v3” running on php 7.4 doesn’t do anything so it seems, it keeps running on the old panel.
So I’m kind of stuck.
(note: i checked the error logs of the server, nothing found in regards to the “switch to v3”).

How do you actually install this and connect to the viewing panel to add sites or do you have to buy a subscription?

]]>I have two sites out of 15 that daily get the alert to update to version 1.9.9 . See screenshot here: https://paste.pics/IHP77 .
The current version is 1.9.8 (see screenshot of plugins screen on one of the sites here https://paste.pics/IHP7I )
I have deleted the plugin, and reinstalled via Add Plugin. The WP plugin site shows that 1.9.8 is the current version on the repository. I have also removed the site after deleting the plugin, then reinstalling/reactivating the plugin via Add Plugin. Still get the daily message about needing the 1.9.9 update (first screenshot)
This only happens on two of the sites that are managed by InfiniteWP. The other sites are ‘happy’ with version 1.9.8.
Please advise.
]]>Hello. I have taken over management of site that has your plugin installed and has been moved to new hosting.
The plugin is showing as IWP MAPS Version 1.9.8. That appears to be an old version of your plugin but no update option is available for the plugin.
We do not need/want remove management of the site. Is there anything special that needs to be done before deactivating plugin?
Thanks

]]>Hello Team,
I just purchased the license and and use the system to manage 108 wordpress websites. Today I used the system to delete all inactive themes for cleaning up our servers. Unfortunately the system deleted all parent themes of all websites. Today is the worst day of my life with this stupid plugin. Please update the Infinite WP Client plugin to prevent deleting parent theme when child theme is being activated.
Thanks,
Son
On our installation the following URL leads to a 403 on searching users containing an umlaut (here the german letter: “?”) and we cannot find a setting which helps us out:

So I have to switch back to PHP 7.4.x otherwise I can?t use it or I have to search another solution/plugin.

I have updated to the latest version v2.15.5.5.1 but it takes hours for IWP to update plugins…
So long, that I had to do all updates manually on each site.
When will this be fixed? I saw mentioned that the latest version would address this issue, but no change. The way it was two versions ago was much better and certainly much much faster.

The communication of the security issue arrived too late for me. No mail or what so ever. One of my clients had to notify me. Quite awkward.
I have a couple of infected websites all on 1 server. Each time when i clean them up they get infected again within a couple of hours. Removing the malicious codes doesn’t seem to be enough. I’m missing some spots. But I have no idea where.
Why don’t you have any solution shared with us?! Can you give me a manual for how to clean up my websites/server?
Thanks!
