Hello, I installed this plugin yesterday, it works very good, except for one problem – when a customer chooses his free gift and adds it to the items list, it cannot be deleted in MOBILE view. So if the customer wants to delete free-gift-1 and then add free-gift-2 he cannot do it on MOBILE. On desktop and laptop this action is possible because there is a small cross x on the left-side of the free gift, and when customer clicks on the cross the free item can be deleted and another free item can be added. This action is not possible on mobile.
Please can you repair this bug? Thanks!

I have been using plugin seamlessly for a few months now with zero issues. Today we added virtual gift cards for our customers to buy at a discounted rate. Problem is we cannot have a virtual gift card count towards free gifts at amounts you spend with us. I have added it to excluded products in the rules each one and no matter what I do or how I do it, it willnot work. It keeps trying to give them free products if they add a virtual giftcard to their basket. I could really use help here as I have even deleted all the rules and tried to redo with zero sucess!

Is currently truncasted/limited to displaying 20 characters only.

Is it possible (I know it will be) to add the following feature (in free version or payed version, up to you):

Display notice on top of cart page like “when you add for €xx to the cart, you are eligible to a free gift”.

This would be nice, because now I have to add an action ‘woocommerce_before_cart’ and a connected function to let this message show.

Over 100 -> Choose 2 samples from N and 1 travel size from N and 1 candle from N candles.
Can the above conditions I have attached to you be fulfilled?

I want to give two products for free when I add a certain product.

So when they buy a higher quantity of that product the free gifted products need to be the same quantity, but this does not work.

Quantity of the gifts stays 1.

Hey, the plugin adds a gift to the shopping cart, but the column order is different from other products. Any way to change this?

Products added manually:
Name – price – quantity – subtotal – remove

Free gift (on orders over 100€):
Remove – thumbnail – name – price – quantity – subtotal

Hello, I have a problem when translating I enter languages and edit the ithemeland-free-gifts-for-woocommerce-lite-fr_FR.po because I want to translate some text to French but I put the translation and save but the site is still in English, any solution.

The 3 css fields are loaded in all the pages also if it is not needed and google reports as unused.
It is possible to load it where only when it is needed?

For example. Can I set a flag on a simple product to say it is ‘giftable’ by customers to other people on checkout. With the possibility of entering the name and email of the recipient?

I have done some research on this plug in and others and am finding it difficult to find this simple function. There are some Gift card plug ins that are mainly gifting from the business to the customer… and the Gift to someone else and Checkout is not obvious.

I have a site with php 8.0. And the plugin was giving a fatal error in some cases. When we switched back to 7.4 the problem was gone. When will the plugin support php 8.0? Because our hosting is supporting php 7.4 till january.

Hi everyone, i’m hitting a problem where if i use anything but the dropdown layout i just see an empty white modal window show up (it doesn’t even allow closing it).

Trying to figure out what was going on i looked at the code.
On the click event of ‘btn_select_gift_in_coupon’ the initial html that is appended doesn’t include the ‘wgb-popup-posts’ element, unlike the event for ‘btn-select-gift-button’. So in the success handler when it does ‘$(“.wgb-popup-posts”).html(resp);’ that actually does nothing.

I must be missing something or else this wouldn’t work for anyone, i’m just not seeing what.

If we use any layout other than “dropdown” the section at the bottom of the cart is not updated when we change the amount of items in the shopping cart.
For example – I have a product worth 5,65€ in the cart, our rule for a free gift should trigger if the subtotal of the cart exceeds 10€. If I add the same product again, directly in the cart (with the + icon next to it), the cart will be reloaded but the free-gift-section is not displayed. The same behaviour can be seen if I start with two times the product mentioned earlier and then lower the amount of it so the subtotal is under 10€ the section to choose a gift is still present even though it should not be visible anymore.
Yes, if I choose a gift there, it will load shortly and then the gift-section is removed and no gift added to the cart, but it would still be nice if the section constantly keeps track with the cart so the customer won’t be confused.

I hope someone can help me with this.

I use WPML.

I created a product category called “samples”.

It works wel on the main language A.

On the second language B, it’s still the product in the A language.
