]]>I love this plugin and I’m very thankful to the author but we have been getting flooded by bots with hundreds of spam messages each week. I enabled Recaptcha but anyone who has used this knows that it is extremely difficult to make out the letters shown and it takes 3 to 10 attempts to get it right for submission. This causes an issue that most people leaving a testimonials will not have the patience to keep trying over and over to submit. Thus when I enabled it our testimonials fell from a 3 or 4 a week to none over the last 2 weeks. After the site owner complained I had to shut it off this morning and sure enough we got 2 testimonials today and about 40 new bot spams.
I would seriously ask the author to use a different captcha script that is not a strict as Recaptcha so we can stop the spam and keep our testimonials coming in.

It seems that I have to manually put in the private and public API keys EVERY day.
Doesnt seems right to me. I got this errorwhen someone pushes the site form:
To use reCAPTCHA you must get an API key from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create
What can I do differently to make it remember the api keys?

I entered the Public and Private keys as instructed however now whenever I use the shortcode for the IQ Testimonials form the whole content area of the page disappears.
The IQ Testimonials page shortcode works OK.
]]>I’m was trying to adjust the margin on the testimonial title but there are 2 hard coded breaks after the name. Can you remove and just put a margin on the class “name” in the stylesheet?

</br>I tried to float the testimonial name to the right but the comma between the name and the location stays left. Can you remove the comma? I would rather add it to the end of the name manually…. not all testimonials have a location so the comma looks odd.

]]>I have the twenty thirteen theme installed on WordPress 3.7 with the only plugin activated being the IQ testimonials, and when I am in the admin panel and I add a test testimonial having just the name and testimonial field filled in, it doesn’t save. I hit submit, then I get a response of Testimonial added successfully! My data is still in the Add New Testimonial section, but never moves down to the All Testimonials section. What do I have to do to get this to work properly?

]]>So far everything is working great, form comes up easy to fill out submit no problem. I dont receive an email. I double checked the email in the plug in settings and still nothing. Not in junk mail, no record of it even if i just go into the testimonials to where i would approve. Help please

Hello all,
I have added [iq-testimonials-form] to my page. The form displays correctly, and it is possible to enter each element without problems. But when I press the submit button a page not found arises and nothing is stored nor shown on the testimonials. Could anyone help me?. I am missing something and I am lost at that point.

]]>I experienced very high bandwidth usage on a site using IQ Testimonials. Error reports centered on IQ, and raw logs showed a lot of activity in wp-content/uploads.
Replaced IQ with another plugin and bandwidth usage shrunk immediately.
Checked IQ for inserted code and against a new version but found nothing.
Any ideas?

On busier sites, this plugin’s form is getting a tonne of spam with no captcha option.

At this moment I’m trying to integrate Captcha Plugin into IQ Testimonials.
Under their FAQ there were 2 steps that were required.
– insert if( function_exists( 'cptch_display_captcha_custom' ) ) { echo ""; echo cptch_display_captcha_custom(); }; into the location we want the captcha displayed
– My challenge with this is that no matter where i place this code within iq-testimonials-admin.php from the plug-in
– insert if( function_exists( 'cptch_check_custom_form' ) && cptch_check_custom_form() !== true ) echo "Please complete the CAPTCHA."; to perform the checks
– Another challenge here is to identify where this code should go
– This code should be inserted in code that is responsible for the clicking on the button “Send”. Instead of ‘echo “Please complete the CAPTCHA.” it is possible to write any other message or write other handler that is called when Captcha was entered incorrectly. Was the response from their support.
Could you direct me as to where (which function or file) I should be looking at from the plug-in for this integration?
