I’m using PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce – Professional (WPovernight) to create invoices on my webshop. When a customer uses Stripe as payment method, the invoice is automatically attached to the mail which they receive. But when they select invoice payment, the invoice is not automatically attached. I think this is a conflict with your plugin?

Hello the invoice option doesnt show at checkout when users try to choose that payment method

Whenever i do a test order, clicking on the invoice option does not reveal a PO number field to then enter PO details. I have the setting toggled, but still no luck. Any suggestion?

This plugin is incompatible with the enabled WooCommerce feature ‘High-Performance order storage’, it shouldn’t be activated.

When paid by invoice it sets the order status to “processing” which is for something already paid. This should start an order with status “payment pending” We have had issues now where shipping thinks the order is paid. How can this be changed?

When a customer places an order with a PO Number, it’s not included in the invoice which is sent out via the “Email invoice / order details to customer” order action. Shouldn’t it be included for their reference? It is included with the order-complete email but not the invoice.

I love this plug in- works great with Wholesale. However the link to the Documentation is not working, is there a different link?

Hello, you are stating that “Invoice Payment Gateway for WooCommerce” is compatible with the wholesale-plugin, but I can’t get it to show up as an option during checkout. I read that another user suspected it has something to do with certain user roles as the system simple doesn’t recognize (register) that there is a new option added. Love your wholesale plugin though, please help! ??

Hello Guys, this works great, except for one thing.. at a later date the invoiced customer comes back to “MY ACCOUNT” to pay, and on clicking the PAY NOW button they are taken to a mini-cart page which lists the payment gateways, including the “pay by invoice” gateway again !
Can you help with how to suppress offering pay by invoice again, when the customer simply wants to pay their original invoice.
