I am working on a dev site that I spun up from my production site (100% file/data copy) and this map fails to load now, with the error:

Sorry to disturbing… but I love your pluggin but it’s giving me a few problems… when I install it it gives me certain errors and warnings in the console of my website that I dont know how to solve… and also my score in Pagespeed Insight (Google) and GTMetrix goes terribly. Is there something I can do to solve this? I don’t have too much code idea… so I am not capable to do it by myself. In another topic I am explaining about caché pluggin.
Thats the point… errors, warnings and a terrible score in PSI and GTMetrix… but if I install a caché plugin… the map it’s not working.

I don’t know how to begin to solve all this problems!!

I need wp-rocket for WPO my website, it makes a great difference when I install it or not, but when I activate it the map doesn’t work, it does not show… and it’s a problem, it’s like if it was not compatible!

Hi guys, ive made a map with your plugin and its great. However, now im making a new site for the same company and i would like to export – import the map so i dont have to do it all again.
In one screenshot i see an export function, but that doesnt show up on my screen. How do i fix this? Hope you can help!

I am using a free version for first time. And I have realize that I can insert ACF fields in “info for tooltip balloon” but at the “Description” field it doesn’t work-. The plugin doesn’t show the shortcode content of the acf field.

Is that correct. Does the premium version shows the ACF field in description.

We do not allow our marketing team to have administrative access to our wordpress backend, can we get a way so people in the Editor role can edit maps from this plugin?

With the default setup on Chrome@LinuxMint clicking on any country on the dropdown menu will get a blocking message by the “Pop-ups and redirects” blocked by default.
This won’t happen when clicking in the map itself.

Is there a way to export the map? I’m redoing my site on a new framework and I would prefer not to create my large map all over again. Thank you.

When this plugin is used along with the auto-optimize plugin, the maps created with this plugin no longer work.

Is there any chance this might be fixed?

It looks like using an async plugin in conjunction with Interactive World Maps breaks it, and excluding IWM from the async blows up my PageSpeed SEO rankings.

Is there any way to deploy IWM asynchronously, or to defer its loading?

But when I moved the site to my machine the map will not show. If you inspect the page, the code is there but no map showing? Can you help me? Using MampPro, Mac, Chrome.

I have been developing a website am using it on the front page of the site. It looks fantastic on every device except iOS.. On iOS it does not show at all, just a blank space where the map should be.

i bought the premium world map however even though I have add url links to some of my highglighted countries, nothign happen after i click on the country.

some countries are workign such as australia and botswana but other like franc,e spain, costa rica etc are not.

Can You give us an option to add dashed texture on the background or the different style of fill the texture in several countries/regions at the map. Not only changing the different color of region. Or give us the suggestion or clue how to do it with minimal changes and with saving an option of update Your plugin.

Hi, I bought the premium interactive world map with countries.

I sent a message through the fla-shop website last week and no-one answered.

My site takes 20 seconds to load on mobile when the plugin is there. Even if i set that column not to display on mobile it still slows the loading time down.

How can i speed it up? Or is there a way to completely prevent it from loading on mobile devices?
