We’ve had this plugin installed and worked amazing for years!

However, just yesterday imported products on woocommerce seems to not work properly anymore. Eg. it seems that only the product title has been imported. The description and product images are missing. Hope you can help

I installed plugin but it conflicts with wocommerce it prevents from checkout.

Running into an error where I cannot import as it stops at product that has images it seems? it did import a number of items with images but no longer will get additional items.

How does this work with multi location in vend? I did not see anything in plugin description.

When I update an a product’s description in Vend, when the Vend WordPress plugin runs, the import updates the product’s inventory to out of stock in Woocommerce. I have confirmed inventory in Vend for the products that are effected .

It seems the the importer/cron suddenly stopped working for over a month now.

I can see that this has also been an issue in the past – but we are experiencing this again with the latest versions

SyntaxError: Unexpected token A in JSON at position 0

We have had to disable this plugin for now so that customers can complete purchase at checkout – but would love to turn it back on as soon as you are able to resolve.

On Woocommerce checkout, the error is being displayed: SyntaxError: Unexpected token A in JSON at position 0

I have deactivated plugins and found this plugin to be the source of the error.

Also, in Network, ?wc-ajax=checkout is showing: API call didn’t go well :(. Either VendHQ Connect Settings are incorrect or VendHQ server is not responding as expected.

Please advise, thank you.

We recently onboarded a client to start using VENDHQ in the hopes that we could seemlessly integrate with Woocommerce to have a unified stock/customer/order management system between website and retail store.

I folloed the guides and test everything on the development test server, we managed to sync inventory/products in a satisfactory way, also tested exported orders/customers which was ok, however when we transitioned to the produciton live site, and tried testing the checkout page we encoutered a severe bug (another user seemed to be having the same issue on the forums)

The checkout fails and adds multiple failed entries on both woocommerce and vend for orders. The checkout page returns with an error “SyntaxError: Unexpected token A in JSON at position 0” and on console inspection the error “Unable to fix malformed JSON (checkout.min.js)”

We had to disable the plugin because it was critical, it obviously seems to be an issue with the plugin specifically and disabling it fixes everything but we dont have VEND intigration at this point. Can you help me resolve this. Thanks you

hi my plunging is not working

My team and I are having issues with the plugin. It’s conflicting with checkout (we’ve tried on multiple themes and still seeing the same issue). We’re getting a Syntax issue SyntaxError: Unexpected token A in JSON at position 0

Disabling the plugin fixes the issue, so is it conflicting because we’re on a newer version of wordpress?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We want to test vend to woocommerce sync and in vend we have variable products but your preminum plugin will sync them. Actually we want to test it before we buy the plugin

When I try to import vend products into Woo Commerce I get the following

error:Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /data/1/5/146/14/5146829/user/6184094/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/integrate-woocommerce-with-vend/includes/import.php on line 103

Anyway to fix this?

Hello,

It seems the plugin is giving a 504 time-out, I assume from trying to import 900 products at once.

I think a better way of doing it is in intervals so it’d do 25 at a time and show a progress bar or something like that?
