Hi, it’s me again, i have another question about the preview option, if i dissable it, the files can’t be open normally, i need to keep the preview option enable to get the files but the preview option is not neccesary, because y just want a normal behavior of the file getting open a new windows without preview.

I have PRO version (1.4.6), when I browse through the various folders in the File Browser section it says ‘There are no items here.’ and I have to click on the refresh icon to bring up the files.
When I change to the next page (example paging 2) I refresh and it always shows me the first page.
Even in the shortcode there is the same problem.

Hi, I’ve a problem with mia plugin Integrate Google Drive PRO. I’m administrator & a can’t see all the settings in the backend (out of the account section), and the shortcode embedded in the page.

I’ve updated everything (plugin 1.4.6, theme, WP -6.7). it happens in all the browsers. Do i have to check anything else?

After the last update, folders do not sort well when you sort them by ascending name. We need this to be resolved as soon as possible.

Works fine when logged in. Displays in nice grid, hover shows file info, and click on image opens it in a lightbox and you can navigate with mouse. Screenrecord of it working great when logged in:

Then when i open an incognito window and visit the same URL everything is FUBAR. nothing clicks, no lightbox, all broken.

Paid version of the plugin, the plugin conflicts with Woocommerce, the standard import of goods does not work (pictures do not load), with the plugin disabled, everything works. Support on the official website has not responded for a week.

when choose to sort files by name it display 1, 10, 11, 12, 2 which is not right i need to show files 1,2,3 please advice.

When someone tried to go to a new page, sort, or refresh in the same gallery it comes up with an Error “You do not have permission to perform this action”. Any ideas?

Hi I’m a pro user and I’m having this problem. I have also created a support ticket.

I have a site set up with woocommerce to sell digital products. And the products are usually in large size so I have them hosted on Google Drive. And also have the Integrate Google Drive installed.

But the issue is when someone has purchased the product and starts download, it goes to 500MB and then just ends there, like the file was 500mb but actually the file is 4.8gb or more than 500MB

Any thing under 500MB works just fine.

I’m confident its not a server/hosting problem.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Since the upgrade, I have been signed out of the Google account, and every time I try to connect the account or sign-in I get the error message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

Interestingly, existing pages showing material via the plug-in sometimes work, sometimes don’t. But I cannot sign in to display new material.

I would like users of my website to upload their files directly to Google Drive instead of them being stored on the website itself. I have therefore setup a Google Drive upload field on my Gravity Form, but this doesn’t seem to be working properly.

Sometimes it works as expected and the upload field is shown to the user, but sometimes the upload field is missing from the form and only the field label and description are shown. I have noticed that this happens more often on incognito mode and when it happens, the following error is shown in the console: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘}’. e

The photos are disappearing in the gallery. If I add a photo to a gallery, everything looks fine, but when I check it a few hours or one day later I only see the file names on some of the photos in the gallery. The only way to get the the photos back is to manually delete and add them again to the gallery. However, they keep disappearing again afterwards. It’s currently working on my desktop, but not working on my mobile device. This problem just started yesterday. All galleries were fine before that.

I’m using the most current version of Integration Google Drive Pro – Version 1.4.3.

Is there a solution for this issue?

When a video from an integrated Google Drive folder is downloaded by the smartphone (website accessed by the smartphone, responsive mode) it comes with .html at the end of the file name

I have this issue open for more than 3 weeks. Initially I got good response for a couple of days, but then it stopped. Issue is still pending.

There is a problem with Create Folder option on google drive integration with WPForms. The folder gets created, but the uploaded file does not go into that folder and stays at the parent level. This is reproduceable with a folder in Shared Google Drive in Google Workspace. The issue does not appear in personal google drives.

Can someone else try this besides me? Would love to hear if it is something to do with my configuration.

I am using integration into WPForms. My upload from the form was working before 1.4.1 update, but then it is not working now. I went back to 1.4.0 version and it still does not work. It is stuck showing ‘Uploading Files..’ button and never goes to ‘Sending..’ which is usually what it was switching to when it was working. I need help desperately. I have opened up a ticket but no update yet.

I am currently using your plugin for Google Drive integration, and I opted to create a manual Google Drive app via the Google Cloud Console. Despite following the steps to configure manual integration (adding the authorized redirect URI, client ID, and secret key), the plugin still connects to your “SoftLab” account when adding a Google Drive account, instead of showing my manually created app.

I am particularly concerned about data privacy and the permissions your plugin is requesting from my Google Drive. If I’ve gone through the process of setting up my own Google app, why is your plugin bypassing that and still connecting to your SoftLab account, which has full access to my Google Drive permissions? This raises doubts about the functionality of the manual option and the security of my data. Could you explain why this happens and how I can ensure my manual app setup is used instead?

After Updating from V1.4.0 to V1.4.1 all Inserted Download Links Failed with the error: Success:”False” & ��Invalid Nonce��.

Downgrading back to V1.4.0 doesn’t fixes the issue.Downgrading back to V1.3.96 only fixes the issue for some files and other files show error “0” on blank screen.
For the moment I have restored my site to previous backup fixed the issue. Please look into this matter.

I downloaded the plugin ad clicked the Link Account button and signed in, wasnt even given a warning age, google just immediately blocked access. I thought maybe because it was a local site or a shared workspace account so made a personal google account and tried to link it up on the live site and got the same warning. What do i need to do to allow access ?

The reason is that I want my remote team to access only a single folder and its subfolders via the File Browser in the admin panel, where they can create and upload files and folders. I don��t want them to upload through the front-end, as the website is completely private. Please let me know.

Hello, the plugin has a very good function that allows you to add a description when uploading images and for it to be displayed in a carousel. However, it would be great if the customization of the text display could be further improved with the following options:

Adjustable font size, font color options, outline and background, fonts, text placement, text above image, text below image, custom alignment, etc.

I am using WpForms Google Drive Integration. I enabled the option for users to add a description to the files uploaded. But where does this description gets stored. I look at my Google Drive and there is nothing there. Also, it does not get recorded in any notifications. Anyone can tell where to look?

Is there an option to show the size of a folder, like there is for a single document? That would help users that want to download a whole folder that might be too large for them.

After installation i only have 1 photo visible after uploading 5 pcs.

The plugins looks amazing and we’re probably going to buy it. Just a couple questions:

1. Is it possible to customize / override the theme? We like the File Browser theme but would like to show the upload date for example, or maybe the other changes (which couldn’t be done using CSS).
2. Is it possible to configure the connection manually, defining the client ID, client secret etc? Maybe in wp-config.php
