My client’s Instagram feed isn’t displaying images. Upon checking the settings, the error message below is showing on the Source Type section:
Unsupported request – method type: get
I’ve seen similar recent cases and it seems to be a bug. Would it be possible to have any updates regarding this issue?

My landing page is my News page and immediately under the heading should be the instagram lite output, single line 4 pictures.
However recently it stopped working and I could not restart it so I have deleted the token connection and tried to re-establish it with a new Instagram token.
However, your plugin takes me to a page that appears to try to set a token but the page is blank and nothing happens. Something has changed though as it is now properly reserving the space for the Lite to show its pictures but the pictures do not display as the token has not reset.
What do I do to get it to work again please?

My Instagram thumbnail photos are always appeared as NO image.
However if I click the link, the photo is there on the page.
I do sometimes manually feedt thumbnail photo from blog settings but it shouldn’t be necessary???
How do I fix it?
The feed itself displays fine, but when we click an image, they don’t load in the popup vertical list. Please note, if need be, I have an item purchase code, but I do not know my login details, so I had to ask for support here. This issue is persistent on all of our sites that we are using the instagram feed on. Is this an issue that is known, and currently being worked on? We are using the latest version (3.8)
]]>We have had the plugin running for way over a year and recently it stopped working, showing an error that the ACCESS_TOKEN is invalid.
However I cannot apply a new one as the plugin will not logout when I click the Log Out button under the current token listed on the settings page. I’ve tried numerous times clicking the Log Out button and it will not work.

This seems to be coming from the Instagram Feed WD, since when i disable that plugin, the message does not appear on the report. I am not sure if there is something I can do to fix this.

]]>Hey guys, I’m trying to add the feed to https://theneroliroom.beutifi-website.com/, and in the dashboard of the plugin it says I’m connected with the access token and everything, but the feed is not showing up… even in the backend, after you connect, you usually can see a preview of the feed on the right hand side of the “Installation” tab, but that’s not showing up as well. I already did the last updated. What could be wrong?

]]>Had the InstaShow lite installed on a website, and as of last month, the feed doesn’t show up, and says there’s an error with the API Key in the settings page, even though it’s “logged into Instagram”. I noticed that the plugin hasn’t been updated in months. Does it have something to do with WordPress 5 or Instagram doing something with its API feature? https://www.instagram.com/developer/

]]>When I enter my site into GTmetrix, the site is being slowed down by the Instagram feed. Under serve scaled images, all of my new Instagram photos show up as not scaled for the site.
I have looked into the options, and I can’t resize the pictures. I’m not sure how to fix this problem.

Hi, I have just downloaded your plugin – the free version. My personal instagram account and business account are linked together. I have connected my Instagram account to the plugin and can see my personal Feed however I actually want to connect to my business account. How did I switch over to show my business account within the plugin?
I have tried logging out of the plugin and logging in again but it automatically links my personal account . Thank you

I’m starting a new website using InstaShow (and I love it !). For the last two days though, the images from the instagram feed don’t show on the website (it’s still in local). I just have the caption on the miniatures with the amount of commentaries on each instagram post. When I click on a miniature to open the lightbox, I just see the arrows and the cross to close the lightbox, no image and nothing else…
Do you know what can be the issue ? I have already tried to desactivate/reactivate the plugin, erase the cache, try to display another feed, nothing worked…
