This plugin is terrible – it came with a theme I purchased by one of the other reviewers here.
It unlinks itself constantly and won’t re-link (you have to delete your profile and then add it all over again).
It also doesn’t hold the formatting/design that you set up in the backend, and often doesn’t pull the new posts at the intervals set either.
It definitely needs a lot of improvements.

This is a poor widget. Out of the box easy enough to setup. But it doesn’t support responsive display at all, nor does it scale images to the width of the container. Images are cut-off on tablet and other mobile devices. It’s not responsive at all. Whats the point?

Update: I upped the rating another notch to 4 stars for attentive and constructive response from the author. However, the missing star is to say that this plugin is a bit outdated due to its implementation method and should be improved to work better with current version of WP.

After installing and going through all the config to connect to an IG account, it dawns on me that this plugin only displays IG feed using a widget. I know, it’s in the name of the plugin. I’m so used to building WP sites with Gothenburg blocks nowadays, widgets and shortcodes feel so old school. In fact, the new widget editor doesn’t even support widgets anymore. I wish the author create a Gothenburg block version for this plugin.

I am very happy with this plugin. I creates a nice overview of social media icons.
Easy customization. Colors, size. It’s all included in an easy to use way.
And there is such a wide choice of available icons that you can always find one that fits in case the original icon is not available.
And the developer adds new icons by request. How great is that?

the plugin doesn’t work. Claims to be able to grab any feed. It only displays an error message.

There are NO settings,.. only a place for the username…

After a big research, this is the only plugin (so far) that shows the instagramer full profile info, with an instagram look & feel design. Also, the option for public feeds works perfect and smooth, and last, its settings are more than enough. Thank you for this “perfectly-done” plugin!!

Great plugin. Works like a charm but 3 stars for making me sick of the configure message. I have configured it but It keeps telling me to configure it again and again and it drives me crazy.

Plugin worked fine for a month and then suddenly it started to show error on page instead images – Instagram Widget misconfigured, check plugin & widget settings.
There are not much things to set up:
1. public feed
2. user name (has not changed)
3. check for new Instagram posts every 1 hour
I use WP 5.2.2
