I have used this plugin for one of my client’s eCommerce websites because they needed a per-product shipping price, and this plugin works well with their requirements.
I have purchased the pro version, and I do not regret making that purchase.

The plugin hung on reloading the product edit page. The promised PRO support links for this plugin do not work nor does the chatbot.
When finally got to talk to someone, through PayPal, they were very dismissive and unhelpful, always pointing me to their YouTube videos.

First–This is an outstanding plugin. We ship a number of large systems across the country and they can have a variety of configurations. This plugin allows us to tailor our shipping costs by regions/collections of states. Great flexibility for local pickup as well.
Second–Working with the tech support team via Chat was tremendous! Very responsive! They provided fast and accurate answers to our questions which made installation and customization fast and easy. This is the best Chat-based tech support I’ve experienced. Well done to team Innozilla!

This plugin is able to set up shipping cost by per product with per state, this is exactly what I am looking for , all the shipping cost can be directly imported by cvs file , it saves me tons of time and help me to set up the correct shipping cost! Great product and even better support!

Purchased the PRO version. Wonderful support from the developer. It is the only product that I found that does Per Variation Shipping Rate so easily.
