Hi, I can see your plugin has the following message “This plugin has been closed as of July 5, 2024 and is not available for download. This closure is temporary, pending a full review.”
Can you elaborate on what they are reviewing or when the review will be finished? Thank you.
]]>Hi
Are we able to have different tiers for shipping charges? I can only see so far we can set different charges for under or over amounts rather than orders in between amounts.
Eg;
Orders over £1500 – Free Delivery
Orders between £750 and £1499 – £35.00
Orders below £750 – £60.00
]]>Here are just 4 examples from today’s log which has about 3,000 similar entries – any way to remedy this or do we need to wait for an update from you guys?

]]>Hi! I have premium version, but have problem with wpml translated languages, it doesn’t hide excluded shipping options.
How to fix, so that it works with all languages?
I added restrictions for “shipping Classes->all items in package->shipping class name”.
Please, join WPML’s Go-Global program and make your plugin compatible with WPML!

]]>In our store, we have a Region (zipcode) shipping option that users within that region are only able to checkout products, which works fine.
However, we want an additional regional shipping (i.e., United States) option for only ONE product with a Flat Rate fee. What I have done, originally, was created a class and assigned it to an addtion Zone name (United States) with a flat rate price (I haven’t assigned the class name to the product yet). However, we only want the ONE product to have this option and not make this regional Flat Rate available to any other product. I don’t see “Product” as an option in the list for Shipping Conditions–the closest thing I see is “Category”, and I also don’t see how I can create this specific condition.
I appreciate some insight. Thank you.
Is possible to block the access to checkout if there’s no shipping available due to any condition set by plugin?
Or even more simple than that, only hide the button proceed to checkout.
Thanks in advance!
]]>After configuring the conditional shipping and payments plug-in, we tested it on the site and noticed that it was not compatible with the Link express checkout method provided by Stripe. More information about this payment method can be found here: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/link. The variables we set within the plug-in were not recognized when testing with Link. As a result, we had to deactivate Link on our site. Can an update be made to the plug-in so that it works with Link? Please advise.
]]>Hi
We are using your free version of the plugin and we created a rule that specifies that for users with the role “Revendedor” all countries are excluded for Shipping Countries & States except for Portugal. See prints on the links bellow
But when logged with a user “Revendedor” all countries appear both in billing and shipping address. Why?
]]>Hey there,
First you have done great job with this plugin.
I am asking if you can add condition that matches the customer phone number. And if its possible sometimes customer leave there full number including country code and in other cases just the phone itself.
Looking forward for hearing from you.????
]]>I have a problem that I find very complicated. It is like this:
For a shop thjat sells food, I have made a webshop, where people can order food and have it either delivered at home or to pick up. The food however is only possible for delivery in the city where the shop is based. Anyone from outside the postal codes area, can only order to pick up. Now the shop owners want to start selling certain product (like non-food etc.) nationwide and of course charge some shipping costs. But i have no idea how to distinguish these products from the food that is being delivered and charge different shipping costs and also prevent that people from outside the area can all of a sudden order food.
I hope this makes any sense, hard to excplain even. But is there a plugin where I can set all these things per product or product category?
Thanks in advance!
