Last year, I knew I was dealing with a ticking time bomb for a plugin that hasn’t been updated in over four years, and now the bomb has gone off. This plugin no longer works for any new forms that are created. It just spins.
Game over. WordPress should remove this plugin from its directory, because clearly the developer has abandoned it and NO ONE should waste any time installing and activating this plugin until it is updated.

We use it all the time to connect Gravity Forms to Infusionsoft. The only wish I had was that the Entry Tag’s field was wider.

A brilliant plugin when it worked – but it hasn’t been updated in ages – and now produces errors when submitting forms on iOS or OS X Safari. Time out issues.. This unfortunately makes the form unusable. Shame.

Hi, we installed this plugin to leverage Gravity Forms Honeypot since our Infusionsoft form is getting hit big time by bots.
There seems to be something wrong with the plugin: 1) entering the API throws an error “Error key: [InvalidConfig]” and 2) there is no way to create a feed, there are no buttons to save after selecting the form.
Any ideas?

It works, but when we added the Age field into the feed the submission were failing with just a blank white screen showing up.
In the PHP error log there was:
[05-Jan-2017 10:02:22 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught [DatabaseError]Error adding contact

thrown in /home/***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/infusionsoft/Infusionsoft/App.php on line 99We asked the Infusionsoft support about this and they told us the Age field must be a text type field and not a numberic field. That fixed the issue.
I wish this error would just be logged in to the form entry and wouldn’t break the form submission like that.

It is obvious that the designers of the Gravity Form / Infusionsoft plugin have never sat and watched a typical user try to get this to work BUT with hands tied behind their back and tape over their mouth so they can sit and watch (without being able to help) as the poor user struggles to make it work.
Luckily I am moving this site to Thrive themes who have easy form integration with Infusionsoft.
A video would have been nice. Yes, I checked out Youtube.

10 stars to this plug-in. It can be difficult to integrate everything on WordPress with Infusionsoft and at times can get very clumsy.
Gravity Forms is great on your website for users to submit forms. This plug-in is essential to tie them both together and so easy to setup.

Works as stated, adds basic details and contacts to infusionsoft, nothing more. Pretty much the only solution out there at the moment if you don’t want to manually style or use infusionsoft’s non-responsive forms.
Does not create the exact same action within infusionsoft that happens when filling out their forms. Can’t see if the contact has filled out the form within infusionsoft, and any other details they submit i.e. a message, are lost.
Could be great with some extra features, as I feel a lot of people are looking for a solution.

I absolutely love this plugin. It is essential for anyone using Infusionsoft. I’m not sure why there are any negative reviews. This plugin works seamlessly and is simple to use. I have been using it for over a year. It applies tags, adds my contacts to Infusionsoft, and the conditional tag feature is invaluable.

I have been using it for over a year and it allows us to use our own pages, rather than the ugly IS hosted ones. Great product.
When setting up a lot of tags for a form, you have to set your browser not to timeout, otherwise you get stuck. Not sure though if this is a plugin issue or an infusionsoft issue. I suspect the latter, because I have been experiencing this same kind of delay when trying to access web analytics with IS.
