My API won’t validate, whether I try legacy key, SAK, or PAT. Application name is correct. Just get error “Unable to connect: Please check your API Key and Application name.”

]]>I am using the WordPress shortcode function to embed the Infusionsoft inline form in a template. Here is my code:

The form displays ok (although the success message displays even before the form has been submitted). However, when you submit the form the page refreshed but no data has been captured by the form.
When I use the short code in a wysiwyg the Infusionsoft inline form works ok. Is there a solution that would allow me to use the do_shortcode function and for the Infusionsoft form to function correctly?

There are two LIVE opt-in forms on my website.
There is a third retired opt-in form. It is still appearing on the site for some people for some unknown reason.
AFTER I create the opt-in forms and go to Infusionsoft to set up the campaigns, Infusionsoft only gives me the choice of ONE live opt-in form and the one retired form.
Are there limits to how many opt-in forms can be created? How many can be live?

I am trying to activate the Infusionsoft Official Opt-in Form. I was able to install it. However, when I try to click “activate”, nothing happens. I tried de-activing and re-activing a different plugin to see if the same issue occured, but it didn’t. It seems to only be an issue with this plugin.

Having changed all 60 of my Infusionsoft forms on my website so that they had the tickbox for opt-in consent, it appears that consent is not actually applied to the individuals record when the form is completed! So, all the downloads still belong to email addresses that are unconfirmed.
Which has left me unsure what, if anything, the opt-in consent tickbox does? How does it change the record at all?

The pop-up shows up on every page although I set it to only show up on the one. So I added my other pages in the “do not display” box. But it seems to have hit a limit and I can’t add any more pages. This is a major problem since I don’t want it to show on pages that it doesn’t apply to.

If you are trying to replicate the “Elegant Themes Bloom” Exit intent, with that plugin you don’t need to list pages in the “Do not Display On These Pages:” box. If you list the ones to show it on in the “Display On These Pages:”, it automatically EXCLUDES the other pages.

I tried installing this plug-in per the instructions on the Infusionsoft web site, but it does not work at all.

Can not setup plugin, and not feeling comfortable about the safety of this plugin based on test results. Reported findings to the owner of the web site (an Infusionsoft customer). Deleted plugin.
I added the plugin to a second site and connected the API. This went fine. Shortley afterwards I received an email letting me know thee was an issue with a previously made campaign running from the first site. On inspection the dropdown menu of the WordPress opt in goal no longer showed the initial opt in form, only the newly created form built on the second site.
Reconnecting the API and making the form active on the first site then remove the form from the second site. It appears there is bug that only allows either one form to show or it does not like two installations of the plugn running on seperate sites
