I have infoGeniuz installed – Now how do I use it?

I installed the plugin infoGeniuz for Contact Form 7.
I activated it
Now what?
I already have forms created in Contact Form 7 and working on my web site.
How do I get this new plugin data to be included in the emails coming from my Form submissions?

Tried to install the plugin, but at activation received the following error:
