Hello, I’m trying to import supporters who fill out a gravity form and label them as a volunteer. On basic csv imports I would use the is_volunteer field with a value of Y, however in this instance the entries are not receiving the supporter tag in NationBuilder. Is there a specific way you would recommend doing this?
Thanks,
Garrett
Hi, we migrated to a higher level hosting service. Our gravity forms are not going into NB now.
What steps should we take to correct this? Thanks for any help
]]>We are successfully using the plug in to connect gravity forms to NB to create/update supporters! YAY!
Can we also update donation amount to NB finance? Is that something this plug in does or do you have any advice?
1 – possible feature: add a “send to NationBuilder” manual option on an individual entries page? For example, since the new gravity update is not out yet, we are collecting a bunch of entries on our forms that did not get pushed to NB so I thought it could be generally useful to have a manual push option.
I am also wondering if it is possible to have the notes field of an entry included in the notification email we send to admin. Then it would be known in the email whether the push to NB was successful.
]]>Hi Again,
I have a people custom text field in NationBuilder called Volunteer Skills. Slug is volunteer_skills
In the Feed, when I map a single line text field in Gravity, to the NationBuilder custom field using the slug, it returns an error. Is there some different syntax for custom fields? A search on Nationbuilder did not provide any clarity.
]]>I have a volunteer form and I want to import the data into nationbuilder. Besides the usual personal info fields, we are asking 2 questions. One is how much time people have to give (radio buttons with 4 options). And the second is area of interest (checkboxes with 7 options)
I want to give people a tag in Nationbuilder depending on which options they select for each of the two fields. It seems like the only way to do that is to create a feed for each possibility which means 4 separate feeds for the radio buttons and 7 separate feeds for the checkboxes. Seems kinda clumsy to have to make 11 feeds. So I’m wondering if there is another way I am not seeing.
Thanks
PS – at the moment I cannot make feeds at all, but I posted a separate thread about that issue.
]]>I have this plugin working. However, recently, the drop down menu to select a field on the feed page is extended off the right side of the page and the + to add a second field is not available.
My existing older forms look fine, but when I create a new form and new nationbuilder feed this problem is there. It may coincide with the recent gravity forms update.
]]>Creating a new app is not offered by default.
Not sure if that requires a certain level of access to nationbuilder.
