Hi,

It worked smoothly except that when I reviewed the products, I find that:

1. The variations were not imported properly.
2. The attributes were not imported at all.
3. The prices given are the sales prices, and there is no indication for the initial price.

Please what do I do? The products are more than 500 – having to wade through each one will be murderous!

Is this plugin abandoned?

Hi, I would love this to work. When I start the import, it says there are 13 pages of products but it only processes the first page. It never goes to the other 12 pages of products. I’m sure they are there but for some reason the process doesn’t go through them all.

Do you know why this might be happening?

Hi, your plugin looks really great! and very easy to use, unfortunately It only imported 500 products from the 35,000 products that I have on shopify.. when I exported from shopify I noticed that the file was to small and it was exported very fast.. so I supposed that this shouldn’t be a real data of all my products..

Anyway do you have any recommendations to debug this issue?.. I think it’s very possible that shopify is cutting the connection when your plugin tried to generate the file from all my products.

I ran the import on the site we have under development. Some, or possible all, of our users were sent an email that they need to reset their password, causing mass confusion. I see from examining the database that every user has had the user_activation_key set, so that means this was intentional. You do not mention that anywhere here in your description that this is going to happen, and I now have 5000+ customers who know the URL of our development server, and an angry client who feels that their reputation has been damaged. You need to either add the option not to send the emails, or post a very prominent notice telling the WordPress Admin that this is going to happen.

Dear Support,
When importing products from shopify they are being imported as a variation product when in shopify they are set as single products. We need these products to be imported as simple products as there are no variations.

The plugin looks promising. I have a query. Can we import only required categories only? currently, all categories get imported.

There is only first 10 rows import but next pages its not moved on
first page data is again queue for import

may be its javascript issue that is not moved on next page.
