Hi,
we are testing your plugin and it looks pretty cool and we are considering to buy the highest quota, but it’s not working in the trial properly – it always throw “Optimized url not found”
Also, is there some file size limit? We were trying to test it on 80MB PDF and we had full available quota 100MB, but it was throwing error, that file size upload limit is exceeded.
Thanks
]]>I asked you, on your website questions section, what your pricing model is.
That answer is incomplete, not clearly stated, and arguably intentionally deceptive.
Your pricing clearly publicly states the the ‘price,’ which is a legal term defined in every country, is a ‘One time payment,’ payment is also a legal term defined and accepted in every country. A one time payment means that the payment never needs to be made again. Never. only the one time, as you state clearly on your pricing page – cached and preserved, I might add.
I read your terms and condition. I read your policy pages. There is no explanation of your subscription policy except in the refunds section, which clearly states that monthly subscribers could cancel at any time, no pro-rata refund per month, and annual subscribers had no refund recourse.
I ask you, what exactly would I be paying for? You claim in your advertising that your service is free. It is not. In fact, I would like to purchase a license and use your service, but I don’t know how much it will cost me and how long or in what manner you will string me along with false statements,
The WordPress plugins site is full of dodgy scams and false claims. It is one of the original app stores yet remains completely unmonitored for user protections.
Your service is taking advantage of user expectations by not providing detailed documentation yet marketing stellar claims that your service does not provide. You are dodgy, cagey, and intentionally misleading.
Best,
Russ
Hello,
As I do not need continious optimization, I have paid for a monthly fee in the past and optimized all images of my blog at once.
Then few months later, in order to speed up my wp site, I have disabled some plugins, yours also.
But I have noticed that previously shown images are no more showing up. :/
I have used my back up + database to restore all that.
Then I have been in plugin’s settings page to click on “Reinitialize” button and click save.
Then after that I have tried to disable plugin again. But once more…
It did break all the images of my website.
What is the proper way of disabling this plugin without breaking my site’s images?
Please help. Thanks.
Hey,
The new column “ImageRecycle” on upload.php view add a button “Optimize”.
For images (jpeg, png) all is fine, but for PDF, the link to optimize is “/wp-content/uploads/” so it doesn’t optimize (folder path).
I’ve checked in the code, and I found in “class-image-otimizer” that there is no distinction between PDF or images when you get metadata. Is this normal ? I mean, PDF and images don’t save same metadatas. So when you try to get $meta[‘file’], this is empty for PDF. It only works for images…
On ImageRecycle admin page it works because you get filepath differently. Maybe use it in the same way for ImageRecycle column in media library ?

So you can run image optimization by command line.

I used to work – just didn’t re-activate after the monthly quota was reached.
Thanks,
