I purchased the plugin, unfortunately, you can’t save the changes you have made. Even when you try to find support, you will never find it! I have lost my money

I used the paid pro version of the plugin.
Using the plugin delayed the loading times of the website considerably.
After an update i could no longer configure the Image Hover Effects Pro plug-in because the configuration page in the WordPress dashboard was no longer loaded. Only the loading symbol is displayed, I can no longer make any changes. Deactivating other plugins (for example the caching plugin) and also deactivating and reactivating Image Hover Effects Pro did not have any success.
The answer to my inquiry came several days later – far too long for a commercial product used on a customer website.

Sadly, the plugin makes the loading of my pages very slow and on the tablet often the pages dont load at all.
I have bought the pro version but getting service took so many steps that i take my loss and i will use an other plugin.

For some reason the original plugin would no longer allow me to save an image. I contacted Labib and he sent me the new version of the plugin. After I got the new plugin up, I ran into another issue with the images not displaying properly on my mobile phone. Again, Labib assisted to resolve the problem. Excellent support and an excellent plugin. My entire site runs off of this plugin, so it was critical that we resolve the problems I expereienced. Labib was up to the task and dlivered!

Im a typical print graphic designer who has had a web developer create my website. They followed my instructions to install this plugin of which i knew little about but was initially impressed by its appearance. Reported to Google. Clicked on “plugin homepage” link from within plugin description and got some fake BSOD popup and had to shut down the browser via Task Manager.

This is truly a beautiful plugin to help refine the look of certain images/links you’d like to add to a site.
However, since 70%+ of traffic to any given site comes from a mobile device it’s becoming outdated. If there were a way – a quick CSS fix or an option in the plugin – to change hover effect to click for effect, it would work seamlessly with mouse/touchscreen users.

Wasn’t sure that this plugin was going to be what we wanted but the pre sales support was excellent and additional help was offered. We bought the plugin and then their support helped us to make some small changes that made it even better. We were thrilled! The developer even said that they would incorporate our small suggestions in the next version.
All plugin developers could take a lesson from these guys.

I had some minor issues when installing this plugin. Too bad, because it looks amazing, the features are exhaustive and the plugin is very straightforward. Luckily, Labib was very helpful and helped me fix the issue through email contact. Now everything runs smoothly!

Best hover effects plugin so far, I’ve tested some of most popular similar plugins, but this one is best of them with a lot of awesome effects, that is really free to use!
Author offered me much more help than i asked, taking time to solve my problem that wasn’t really fault of this plugin.
