This is a nice plugin for the hover effects – I was able to configure it fairly quickly and it is working well on our site.

Developer ignored me after I just asked for a question since the icons disappear on ios devices, he told me they would have updated it, but it’ s been over a month and no response to my help post, I tried to message 3 more times to ask for any news, but nothing.
it has potential but doesn’ t work for all devices, keep in mind.
If an update comes I will be happy to update this review.

Fantastic WordPress plugin! Image Hover Effects Ultimate has taken the presentation of images on my website to another level. The plugin is comprehensive, very effective and looks good on my site. Only downside I can see is that the interface is, perhaps, more complex than it needs to be. Many users might be satisfied with a ‘quick-start’ option.

I was having some aesthetic issues when adding a hover effect to a circular image. This plugin made it so easy to do I wish I’d just gone with it from the beginning.
I could be missing it in the options but my only gripe is that i don’t seem to be able to make the whole image a link, I only have the option to add a button.
