I’m having difficulty with images of different dimensions whereby Image Hover is changing the aspect ratio to fit the boxes and stretching them. I’d like the aspect ratio to be locked for the images, and to simply zoom them to fill the available area of a flipbox.
I’ve tried every setting I can find but can’t get it working – could you please advise? I’m on the free version but would be looking to purchase the paid version if I can get it working.

I have the problem, that caption color and background caption color is white and the letters aren′t visible.
I can′t change caption color neither background caption color in the free version.
I have introduced some image hover effects and they hide the sticky menu in the header as I scroll down. I have incresaed the z-index of the header but it didn’t chage anything.

]]>Hi, I was excited to try Image Hover Effects ultimate because it is simple, yet very powerful and customizable. After setting up the Lightbox element, which works perfectly in the Live Preview, unfortunately it loads as a blank when I implement it via shortcode. I even tried to load the original demo as a shortcode and it’s the same issue.
Other demo elements such as filters, and caption effects, work perfectly as a shortcode. I’m wondering if there’s a bug specific to the Lightbox effect?
I have used the shortcodes on a staff page. The link in the photo should open in the same page, but for some it opens in a new page. I have checked the setting and that function is turned off. For example, Ahmer Aftab opens in a new window.

A quick question please. I have tried several hover effects. Testing with the default HoverImage images works well, however, once I change the image to one from my media gallery, the image disappears when published and I cannot seem to find out why. It happens on every attempt.
The image is a png format, the theme is Twenty Twenty Four. I am using shortcode to add the hover. This is not a caching issue as all caches are cleared after making the edits and before uploading.
I wondered if this is a comparability with the theme issue or have I missed something please.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

- When I choose to have to dimension to 3:2 its not 3:2. Things look too flat in preview and on the webpage is looks stretched. So I had to make it 4:2 to look 3:2.

I have tried to create a new carousel, I have cloned a carousel that works as intended, but nothing is working. I have five carousels that work, and this sixth one that won’t.

Just purchased Image Hover Ultimate Pro, as free one was great. However, the 3 extensions do not find my Woocommerce Products categories and on the plugin’s setting page I have a message warning that WordPress API REST is disabled (which is not and other plugins with API needs work well). I have first asked my hosting service for security check : they do not find any restriction for your plugin and suggested I contact your support to fix this, or give me more informations about the issue if you have some.

It’ s been more than 3 month I am asking for help.
This plugin won’ t work for mobile version, so definetely I advice to not to buy the premium version since no help/support will be given.
Nowadays websites have to work both from pc mobile and all other devices.
So since this plugin it’ s not working for mobile I advice you to find other solution.
If definetely one admin fix this issue I will change the review.
I feel disappointed because I am just getting ignored.

I have an Image Hover carrousel (with the Pro version) on my website. At this point there are nearly 100 images on there, but appearantly the carrousel maxes out on 60 images. Can this number be raised somehow, to show all the images?

My initial approach was to adjust the alpha value in the General Settings/Color to around 0.5. However, I encountered an issue where the background (default) image becomes completely invisible.

After I added the Post Style, the Chinese display error seemed to be unicode, but there was no problem when I only used Image-Effects. Is there anything I should make changes to?
