I’m ready to buy this plugin but need confirmation that the hoover effect I would like will work.

In a circle I would like an image and when moving over (hoover) on image (circle) it must change to another image. Then when I click on it I want it to open a webpage in a new window.

Please advise as I need to implement this feature ASAP
