Jordy, I really love your plugins, but here I have to give you some feedback.
Contrary to your description the use of Copytrack is not really free.
Copytrack is starting to delete my account, because: “If you have never submitted a case to us, your account must be classified as inactive 120 days after your account is created. Then your account will be deactivated and soon be deleted. If you do not have any claims with us but would like to continue using our service, you might consider subscribing to our upload plans.”
As small private user I thought I could use Copytrack free till an image was identified as “stolen”. But that is – as you can see above – not the case. I can imagine your plugin with a paid plan of Copytrack will be great for “heavy” and professional users, but not for me.
In my PHP-Error-Log I always get the following Error:
GuzzleHttp\Exception\ClientException: Client error: GET https://api.copytrack.com/v1/collections
resulted in a 400 Bad Request
response:

400 The SSL certificate error

400 Bad Request</
Thank you for your help.
Best regards.
Hi Jordy, I have the newest version of WP (5.5), but I read that the plugin works only up to version 5.4.2.
I presume this is why I can’t fill in the API details (it says “false” and it doesn’t let me input anything).
Could you please tell me if there will be an update of the plugin any time soon, which would be compatible with WP 5.5?
Thank you!
Ioana
Hi, i’ve installed this amazing plugin. However it says: False on the credentials field. And i can’t change it.
Copytrack is currently having an issue with its API. It’s related to their SSL certificates. So, unfortunately, this plugin and all the tools using their API don’t work at the moment.
They are on it, so no worries! The service will be back soon ??
Hello,
I’m currently testing the service of copytrack and your app. The idea looks promessing.
Unfortunatly, after clicking “upload now” the wheel is circling, but does not finish.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Mario
