dears, is there (simple) way, how to add another “Customer support” section? Called let say “Invoicing support” with phone + email to Accountant departement?

and to add additional info? Reg-ID, VAT-ID, Bank Account…..?

And to add there “row of text”, for example
“The company is registred…… ”

And to change word “Phone” I′ve to directly modify template, right?

I have a question regarding the Illdy theme.
I’m using it with multiple sub pages and apparently the header of those pages does not show properly on my IMAC. On the Macbook Pro it works well.

also, it seems when it is converted to mobile, it doesn’t really work that well either. Is there anything I can do to make sure it works well?

It seems the above plugin is causing errors and affecting other plugins.i run a diagnostics in the plugin page of the dashboard. I did so by deactivating all plugins and enabling one by one. when i enable Illdy Companion i get the following error:

SyntaxError: unterminated string literal[Learn More] load-scripts.php:682:5253
TypeError: wp.media is undefined[Learn More]

How can i fix it?

I just wanted to make a new topic, because I see that @colomet has made the topic ‘Resolved’, and I feel this is misleading.

As I wrote in my previous post:

It’s unfortunately not fixed at all. The customiser is accessible now, but it seems to have overwritten all changes the user makes to the theme. I had to use Vaultpress to restore a backup, and also WP Rollback to rollback the Illdy Companion plugin and the theme. I am too nervous to update the plugin and the theme again as I have lost a vast amount of my changes already. Waiting on a fix still.

This is a serious issue and I believe it would be worthwhile changing to another theme, based on this problem. I did try to update the theme and plugin again and it ended up the same way.

afther the last update, customizer is not working. the page is blank.

Missing files: comment the lines 70 and 71 for the meantime.

Note, if using Theme child it will break due to removal of “Illdy_Extended_Menu_Walker()”

As others have mentioned, the Illdy Companion plugin has triggered a fatal error. The workaround posted by @lucianmih helps, but I am still unable to access the Customiser to edit my front page. Please amend this as soon as possible, thanks.

Your new illdy_companion.php file references a file like “class-illdy-parallax.php” or something like that. It references it on line 70. However if you look there is no file where it is supposed to be.

People will be mad! ??

The current version of the plugin crashed our Illdy themed site when updated to WordPress 4.7.3 (white screen of death).
Had to disable all plugins manually to activate site leaving Illdy Companion deactivated.
Requires urgent update to rectify situation. We will keep deactivated until informed that plugin is now compatible.
