I am sure various blogs, sites, and folks would be thrilled to find increased traffic from Iran. I am not sure those are your aims though and instead this may be an attempt to mark and/or track folks deemed to be other, which in this case is a form of racism and ethnicism. There are no plugins for identifying folks from IPs in any countries in Europe, North America, or the Middle East. What’s the point of this plugin then?
