I found your plugin that i am hoping will do what i need it to do.

I want to set up a 5% discount pop up but i only want it to show for google shopping clicks can this plugin be set up so that it will do this i do not want site wide discount pop up just when we have a visitor from a google shopping campaign to try and get these visitors to order at the point of visit.

Hi,

I have 2 campaigns set up. One is for a discount code advert which uses a action bar at the top of the page. The second is for a opt in which uses a pop up. On the mobile display the action bar is displaying over the top of the pop up, blocking the viewer from seeing the top of the pop up. How do I get the pop up to display on top of the action bar?

Ideally I’d like the action bar to display dark in the background same as the rest of the website whilst the pop up is displayed.

I have the same issue with the floating cart icon on the bottom right of the screen, I’d also like this to display dark in the background whilst the pop up is showing.

How do I do this please?

Hi,

I’ve had a notice for quite some time in plesk showing that there is a vulnerability. Wordfence shows the same information and that it has gone unpatched since it was reported in January. Is there a fix in the works?

Our hoster has installed php 8.1.22-he.0.
It seems that icegram uses php functions that have expired in this php version.
When would there be an update to be able to run under the new php version as well?

If you wait for the Icegram message to popup and start typing in an address, we have it setup so that it uses Google Places to autocomplete your address.

However, it shows behind the campaign.

I tried tinkering with the z-index but nothing seems to work.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Where can I translate the “show more” text on mobiles?

I try to insert an Icegram popup for newsletter subscription.
My problem: the input field for email address does not appear on website, when the name is data[email] (which is necessary for MailPoet). When I take another name, the input field appears.

…other names with data[] are no problem, for example name field name=”data[form_field_ZTU1NmJhZmMxZTY5X2xhc3RfbmFtZQ==]”.

What’s the problem here and how can I solve that??

I updated from 5.6.14 to the latest version. When I create a new campaign and select my own template, a fatal error is displayed. I reinstalled the old version of the plugin and the error disappeared.

Pop up on mobile is minimized not showing, on mobile it shows a small box at bottom and if I click on that it shows pop up. I want the pop up to show w/o having to click on it.

I had an issue with DIVI Image Gallery Module. The arrows ti go from an image to the other where not showing.
After several investigations. I found out that the issue was coming from the Icegram plugin!
When I disable the plugin the DIVI Image Gallery Module arrows works fine.

Is there a way to fix that? So I could enable the Icegram plugin again?

Hi, the action bar (“messages”) is open by default when page is loaded. How can I have it closed?

I am trying to create a link or button so that after clicking a popup should open. I have looked at the documentation.

It works with the button:

by link does not work:

How do you change the colour of this button? By default it is red. I cannot see anywhere within the plugin settings, or the Icegram campaign area that I have created that this button appears on.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am considering upgrading my use of Icegram but picked up a bug – I can’t add more than a single popup to my website. When I do, the program copies the text from one popup to another.

The plugin is on a site in a WordPress multisite BTW.

Is there tech support available on Icegram? I tried sending a message on their site but no luck.

I have set up a popup that is working perfectly in Chrome and Safari but will not display in Firefox. I’ve tried on three different devices with the same experience. I’ve confirmed that there is not a popup extension added and that “Block pop-up windows” is not checked in the security setting for Firefox. This is Firefox 100.0.1 (64-bit) on at least one of the devices tested.

We are having issues on the retargeting, after clicking the CTA it still show up on the site.

This is how we set it:
Once CTA is clicked, do NOT show this campaign again for One Month.

Tried on staging (disabled everything) and it still doesn’t work. It is set to show on the Homepage only.

We have set up the icegram popup campaign on our website where the WPML is installed.

We have configured all the translation options of WPML to translate the Icegram campaign and message, but the transition is not working.

When we update the content of any language, the content is updated for both languages.

Plugins version that we have used:
WPML Multilingual CMS Version: 4.5.5
Icegram version: 2.1.4 and 2.1.5

I have been using Icegram to pop-up a message for a long time. Today I discovered that it does not appear anymore. I tried another browser, clearing the cache, it did not resolve the problem.

Any ideas?

After an automatic update of the plugin to version 2.1.3, the post editor disappeared, both in Posts and Pages.
Had to donwgrade the Icegram plugin to previous version (2.1.2) to recover the content editor in the posts.
Please fix this issue.

As the title states, I’m looking to show a popup only to visitors that came to my site via a google shopping ad click. The generic URL pattern looks like:

https://website.com/product/product-name/?attribute_pa_attribute1name=attribute-value1&attribute_pa_attributename2=attributevalue2&utm_source=Google%20Shopping&utm_campaign=campaignname&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=itemID

I only have around 50 products on my site so I’m fine to just have the product links and set the popup to ‘Specific URLs on this site’ and list all of them, but when I do that with the specific product URLs it doesn’t work. I’ve tried other plugins that have the ‘URL Contains’ and add use ‘Google%20Shopping’ but that also hasn’t triggered the popups when I visit the URLs.

Any advice for how to get something like this to work? I’m a bit fresh when it comes to this so maybe it’s something I need to do deeper in google ads to set up a different path for these types of actions.

In the latest update 2.0.5 when the plugin its active we cant make new posts .
And the huge problem its with woocomerce that we cant change the status of order.
We disable the plugin and the woocemrce works again.
