So far, I have 1 book and 3 chapters under that book. I added resources under one of my chapters, but the resources are not showing anymore. They worked before, but now I can’t click on them and see the description box nor the additional resources.

]]>Hi, I am trying to create a resource area for members and we would like to be able to track who downloads what, to see which resources are being used. I have set up the iCafe Library part and restricted the access with WP-members plugin . I have tried to use the Simple-Download-Monitor plugin but to track the downloads you have to use a shortcode as the link to download the article, so I can’t work out how to integrate it with iCafe Library. Perhaps there is a better way? Any advice would be appreciated, I’m very new to all this (which is why I love the iCafe Library plugin – it worked straight off!). Thank you.

Newcomer to iCafe Library, and I like the plugin very much! However I’m stuck on a couple things that I would greatly appreciate your time to help debug.
1) I’ve created to books, and for some reason they are displaying offset, meaning they’re not aligned on the page. One is slightly lower than the other: https://spyderaction.com/test/
2) when you click on one of them, it reloads the same page, but w/o the list as if the resource is not assigned to the book? When I click on “add resources” under the book title, it’s displayed in the right column correctly.
Any direction is much appreciated.

]]>Is there a way to show the title of the book once it is selected. Currently, when I select the book from my resource page, it displays the book/chapter/section hierarchy but there is no clear indicator of what book is currently being displayed. I notice at https://icafe.lcisd.org/ it behaves differently. The title of the selected book appears above the table of contents. How can I achieve this? All help is much appreciated. Great plugin.
]]>Well done with the plugin, very beautifull and usefull. The problem is that when the book is done and try to open a resource, when I hover over (the resource) dooesn’t behaves like a link. I need to refresh the page to see the actual resource.

]]>After upgrading to the latest WordPress database version, my iCafe Library broke in a couple ways. First, when I would click on a chapter, it would expand to the height of the largest section, (leaving lots of blank space – the inline height element was off), and then when I would click on the section, it wouldn’t expand hardly at all (inline height element was set to 0). So I copied down my whole resource tree for safekeeping and deleted the whole plugin. Now that I’ve reinstalled it, I can’t create sections. I can create books and chapters, but when I try to drag and drop something to nest below a chapter, it won’t “stick,” it just goes back to where it used to be. (If there’s a way to do this outside of the UI, I’d love to know that too)
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I just launched this site and presented it to a bunch of people, and now it’s broken!

After choosing “Add New Container” and entering the Book name and Tag Line and clicking on “Add Container” I get a message that “Your new node has been added below” but nothing shows up in my “Current Resource Tree”

]]>After installing the new version 1.5.1 of ICafe Library I get the error ?Error Log disabled?:
Version 1.5.1: Warning: error_log() has been disabled for security reasons in /users/kleinod/www/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1036
That means this is an error occurred during the installation, in which error-log of the server would be held to (compare: https://de3.php.net/manual/de/function.error-log.php). My Hoster: bplaced.net has this feature disabled for “security”, so I can’t say whether the installation has run to completion, therefore, despite the error. Therefore I don’t know the error (if it ist an error at all).
Now is a option to generally disable the function error_log() by uncommenting in wp-db.php on line 1036, bu then I can no longer detect conflicts. What exactly is written to the error-log (Warnings, Notes or only Errors)? With version 1.5, I do not have such problems. Is a solution for this problem known?
A few more questions:
1) YouTube playlists are possible in the HTML area. How are they possible in the YouTube area? Or is there another way to play several videos in a row?
2) Is it planned to install a Counter to count the clicked content?

When I paste text into the description box of the resource tiles, it displays correctly however, it strips any bold / italics, etc.. out. Looks like this:

iCafe Library is a very cool Plugin I use it in my Mediathek (A main menu point).
I would’nt like to renounce this any more, so hence, I turn to you:
The Problem: Every time if I click a Link, Firefox draws the whole side anew, what becomes apparent by a sort of “flickering”. It seems that the Last Poster have the same problem, but did’nt ask about.
I never had before problems with the embedded videos. With deactivated Plugin the side functions change normally (I would act only very much reluctantly).
I suppose a solution would be first The Flash objects to activate after the side is completely loaded. But I have not tried it yet (I write only reluctantly in header.php). So I would like to ask You first around a solution. Any Idea?

I thought the plugin would need something such as a unique ID and try to write manually [icafe-library books=”26″] and it works. I just have to understand why it doesn’t work ??

beautiful work! I’m testing the plugin on my site before installing it on the site of an association which has to manage many documents. I created a container, created a book and created a resource. Created the page and used the code [ICAFE-library] on the page. However, I go on the page and I click on the appropriate container, instead of going to the page as video tutorials, go to my homepage. I know I’ve done something silly but I do not know where. Suggestions?
