I’ve installed the plugin to add a timer to my Woo products however the products are built using a page builder. Therefore the timer doesn’t appear when using the timer Woo options.

Is there a custom method to get the timer to appear on Woo products as looks like it appears using the default Woo single products summary. The page builder I’m using is WPBakery and the Uncode theme. They have a do action priority option so not sure if you know the do action number for appearing on the page

My message is “You have x hour(s) to access this page.”

I’m wondering how to round up the digits if there are any minutes and seconds left.

In other words, if I set it to 72 hours, it will immediately display as 71 hours instead of 72.

If you have a solution for this, I would love to know what it is. Thank you so much for all you do.

Hello, when using this timer (which I’ve replaced our other two plugins, a timer and a expiry/countdown plugin) unfortunately, at the end of the timer, the Expiry setting for Stock Status does not appear to do anything. The stock status we want is Out of Stock, however the stock status remains. Likewise, I have tested the opposite, manually setting the stock status to Out of Stock, and setting Expiry option to set Stock Status to ‘In Stock’, however nothing appears to happen after the timer depletes. I am successful in using the “Display message” and other expiry actions, however the Stock Status expiry setting does not appear to have an affect on the Stock Status.

I have created a campaign and tried to load the shortcode but instead of displaying the timer, I received a message that states:

‘HurryTimer Error: Invalid campaign (ID: 10233). Please double check your settings.’

The campaign is set up using that ID and the plugin is active. The console shows the following warning:
‘jQuery.Deferred exception: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘id’) TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘id’)’

The console shows the following error:
‘Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘id’) – jquery.js?ver=3.6.4:4095

We are using v2.9.2 of HurryTimer.

I’m currently using the HurryTimer plugin and have encountered an issue where my custom shortcode [current_slug] is not being replaced with the page slug when used within the plugin’s URL fields.
This shortcode works elsewhere on my site, but it seems that HurryTimer is not processing it in this context.
Is there a specific filter or method within HurryTimer that allows for shortcode processing in URL settings or other non-standard content areas?
( I use this shortcode send parameter to the targer url)

Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi – I’ve just installed the plugin and on the homepage it is working great. I have a second countdown on a pop up window also on the homepage. For some reason it will display the countdown timer but it is static and not counting down. I can’t figure out why this might be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m having trouble displaying conditional fields when I add a Contact Form 7 to the Expiry Actions > Display message… part of your plugin.

I’m using the plugin: Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 By Jules Colle.

I’ve tested this out, and it seems that something about the contact form being in the display message part of your plugin is causing the incompatibility.

When the contact form is added to the page directly, everything works perfectly.

I’m wondering if you have a suggestion about how to fix this.

Is there a way to give other roles access to edit timers? I would like another role to be able to go in and update a timer but is that possible? I would not like to have another user have Admin role just to edit the timer. Is there any other role or can I create a customer role? What capabilities does a custom role need to edit the timers?

The free version of the plugin doesn’t seem to be working anymore. It worked just a few months ago but now it seems to have stopped and is no longer visible. I can see it rendered in the inspector but there aren’t any numbers and there is a display:none still on it. There is also a console error below but I’m not sure it’s related:

Using HurryTimer on the home page for a countdown to next year’s eclipse, after upgrading several plugins today the website is crashing with HurryTimer with the following error:

Is it possible to additionally change a menu target role with the timer when it finishes.?

In the description, it says that there is “Redirect to URL”, however, I don’t see that option other than for evergreen mode. I just want a redirect after a one time countdown. Is that not available in the Lite version?

Hello! I have followed the setup instructions and created an Evergreen Timer in the paid version of Hurrytimer. When I insert the shortcode into a page to test the timer in our Kallyas theme, it shows up blank and doesn’t load the timer anywhere.

I dont know what to do again, but the evergreen timer wouldnt show up. The settings is exactly as I set it up in another website where its still working

I love using this plugin, because it helps me run user-specific evergreen campaigns. However, during an audit of my site, I noticed hurrytimer.js is being loaded on every page of my site. This is adding bloat to my site, unnecessary js calls, additional audit errors on unminified code, and compromised load speeds sitewide.

Please add the option to load this plugin only on the handful of pages where I’m actually using it.

I’ll be seeking a coding option to suppress this code elsewhere in the meantime.
