I have been looking for something like this for a long time. It’s very easy to deploy and customize, powerfull and very well coded so you can easily adjust to your theme. For all this 5 stars well earned…

Just found this little plugin seems really great still trying to implement it properly. [link redacted]

I installed HungryFEED in the hopes that it would parse RSS feeds, and simply list the title of the articles. I tried using item_fields=”title”
in the shortcode per the documentation. However this option makes the title and description of the item disappear.

Straight forward plugin, easy to use, with just the right number of options. Has caching feature that can be time set. Admin screen also has examples and entry points for CSS changes which is handy. Only minor thing I did not like is the add-in icon in the visual editor.

I hope this is not an abandoned plugin. It’s working well for me and I hope it will keep working!
Thank you for adding the filters. I love being able to skim through big sites without getting distracted by clutter I’m really not interested in.

No problems, very flexible! I needed the ability to randomize my RSS feed in a widget.

Love this. Easy to add feed. Also can easily custom the feed html or css in setting. No need spend time to dig it out in the code editor!

I’m blown away by hungryfeed. I work a lot with iTunes RSS feeds. Out of the box, this works… but dig around in the support forums and whole host of customization options are available. I’m achieving results with Hungryfeed that I thought only possible with databases. Highly recommended.

Only minor lack: the documentation about custom template is not clear

Very powerful and flexible plugin. The best in its kind!

works well. User should know that if “description” content isn’t displaying and HTML tags are used in the “description” feed tags then <![CDATA[your-content-here]]
might be needed.
Hopefully dynamic keyword filtering will be added soon!

Great plugin! Highly recommended.
I use a lot of RSS feeds. I have read several dozen RSS plugin descriptions, and endured many plugins. I use a multi-importer. But, I need to display some single feeds each on individual pages. Finding a plugin to import a single feed into a page, not a widget, was a challenge. Finding a plugin to display the feed content in a page, not just a list, was more difficult. Pagination too? No way. Until I found HungryFEED.
The tinyMCE button to build and auto-insert the shortcode is phenomenal!!!! Stellar!
I don’t have to keep two pages open to copy/paste shortcode, dig through directions and tabs to find the shortcode, or read parameters to write the shortcode.
I am grateful for your hard work to make our work so much easier. I need to start donating!

Do you need an RSS-Plugin then the right plugin is here. Here is the plugin you need! I am sure the hungryfeed-plugin is simply one of the very best WordPress RSS plugins. Super easy to use and super-super powerful. You can do alot with this plugin. i have to confess: This RSS-Plugin is definitely one of the best rss-plugin so far. out there. It is really overwhelming to see what it does: Very easy to use and simplicity enables me to start using it almost immediately after installed it. And the best thing is: the Support is overwhelming: Jason is just an email away – the develoer rocks!!! and gives you a helping hand.
