Hello,

In the documentation of the free version of your plugin, the instructions say to use the post=”videoID” to control the display order of the videos in the gallery. However, only the first videoID in the list is accepted.

Is it possible to to control the display order with the free version?

POST:[sp_html5video post=”1,2,5,8″]
Display selected album. Pass post Id as a value of parameter.

However only the first video in this list displays. For Example, equivalent to this:
[sp_html5video post=”1″]

I’m using the Video gallery and Player plugin for some time now, and I’m happy with it, but yesterday I encountered a problem after updating it :
when a thumbnail is clicked on a video gallery, the page is redirected to YouTube instead of opening a popup.

I’m using using the free version of the plugin and this shortcode :
[sp_html5video grid=”1″ popup_fix=”true” category=”35″]

I tried it without the popup_fix option but the result is the same.

I hope the popup_fix option is not mandatory to view video in a popup, as it was the case in previous versions. I have a lot of videos on many pages, and it would be painful to add this option in every tag.

I am trying out the free version of the video player, and before I buy the pro version I want to find out if there is any way to stop related videos in youtube.

If I embed a video from youtube normally I just put ?related=0 to the end of the url

This does not work for this video player

Not sure if there is anything in the pro version or if it can be done, as soon as you pause a youtube video related ones just pop up,

I know Vimeo is another option or hosted video but if there was a switch I could use it would really help me

I have your video gallery plugin installed on one of my sites and I am having an issue where when the site is visited from a mac computer, when the video is closed it continues to play the audio until the page is refreshed

I created gallery with multiple shortcodes on same page.

It looks good, but when I click they load the same set of 6 videos from the first shortcode.

For example, click on 7th video, it opens the first video. I believe it is because the href is set to #video-modal-1 which is same as the first video.

Please help to fix this.

I’ve setup the video gallery but only the first video will play. All other videos load a blank screen in lightbox. Videos have been inserted via youtube url?

I created 2 categories, and one video youtube per category.

I tried with different shortcodes
[sp_html5video category=”19″] [sp_html5video] [sp_html5video grid=”3″]…..
Only the title of the video appear, but no video …

I am evaluating the free version of Video Gallery and Player before purchasing the full version. However, a problem I’m seeing is that the frame of the lightbox video player is behind the page title and menu bar when the user does not have to scroll to the video. The end effect is that the top of the video cannot be seen, nor the lightbox closed.
The problem does not occur for mobile.

How do I remedy this?
The site I am testing on is not open to the public, but have not had this problem with other lightbox video plugins, or other plugins.

Hi,

I have installed and configured your plugin successfully.

The only problem is that the video only plays when you click on the featured image of the video, and not on the triangular play button.

Can this be fixed easily with CSS?

If you have updated the plugin from v1.0 to v1.1.1 and it’s not working then please use the older version.

The plugin works fine if you are logged in as an admin but any role beneath admin is unable to add/edit source code in the HTML field.

Also, although it may appear that your are able to add source code as any role the videos never play.

If you are only allowed to add/edit videos as an admin the gallery should be hidden in the sidebar for all other roles.

I would think giving the add/edit functionality to authors and editors would be essential and contributors should be able to at least add videos.

Does this work for anyone else?

I have a problem getting the videos to load.

I get them to display just fine, but none of the videos will load in when pressing play.

I’ve tested both uploading a video directly to WordPress and I’ve included a youtube link, none of them works.
