Takes the headache out of learning htaccess re-writes. It is handy if you are changing the URLs for a small amount of pages.

I’d give the plugin 5 stars if it would support URL variables.

OK for what I was searching for: obtaining the line code to insert into my existing .htaccess file to redirect URL if a Permalink change was applied from %postname% to /%post_id%/ (the contrary is autmatically managed by WP).
You find its settings under Tools > .htaccess Redirect
