I would like to know if there’s a way to force the same height on slides. If I add some text with different lenghts, I notice the difference in height once I move from a slide to another.

It would be great to have an option to set all slides to the maximum height.

I have installed an ecommerce theme which has HT slider built into it. The slider is working perfectly fine except, I am not seeing the navigation arrows. It is somehow not loading the fonts.

Can you help me fixing this small issue?

slider template import after import showing successfully but not showing when i click edit template

I am using Blocksy theme with one of the starter sites (Home Decor – Just another WordPress site (startersites.io)) , when I import to a new blank WordPress with WooCommerce. and modifying the slides. The HT Slider on the main page is blank if the limit is more than one. If the limit is more than one and select a category with one slide or one ID, it works. AKA, If there are more than one slide it displays blank slides. I can still more between blank slides. so, the thing works but only displays blank slides.

I am using the latest WordPress and WooCommerce 6.5.4. I tried updating everything, including the latest Elementor , HT slider and plugins.

I am not sure what to do or how to debug from here.

I want to let you know that your plugin (version 1.5.2) is not compatible since the version 3.20.3 of Elementor free.

The Slider doesn’t display anymore the pictures.

I have a question about slider dots.

So, I make three slider content, everything goes fine, but I need to disable the arrows because on mobile preview arrows goes in front of text area, but nevermind, so I choise for navigation between slides slider dots, but dots goes too low, I mean too much down in container.

There is screenshot what I mean.

So I try with container margin and padding, and directly in slider element margin and padding but no success.

I just need dots to be in higher position for about 20px, and there is no way how to do that. I think a could try with css file edit but no luck, to many dots class.

Slider number 2 does not respect the mobile format, despite having the correct characteristics.

Hello, I have some kind of problems with the HT slider. When the page is loaded, it shows the deleted HT slider under the second HT slider for just half a second.

When i open the website, the deleted HT Slider will show a second.

After loading successfully, the page is normal. But the deleted HT Slider will show a second when i open the website again.

I have tried to solve, but failed, can you help me?

We’ve been using HT Slider on our site for a couple of years and love it. Our config has a background image or gradient applied to the slides, with other elements showing on top.

Recently the background image and gradient (one each on the two different slides showing on the home page) stopped showing. A flat background colour works but not gradient or image.

Changing the gradient settings doesn’t make a difference. Flushing the caches and cloudflare doesn’t make a difference.

I think this happened after we upgraded to WordPress 6.2.2 from 6.1.x.

Any ideas?

the arrows activate and deactivate correctly but the dots do not, if I activate them they do not appear. How can I solve?

for some reason, when i scroll up or try to use my mobile menu. the slider navigation buttons overlap, the slider itself scrolls normally but the butten themselves seem to float over everything.

I have installed HT Slider plugin on my website, created 3 sliders using the Elementor page builder. When I edit the slides using Elementor everything shows perfectly.

However when I save the changes and publish the page, during scroll the first banner shows fine. However, the second banner shows fully blank and the 3rd one doesn’t get loaded properly as well.

is there a way to have different durations on the slides? First slide 7 sec, second slide 5 sec etc. The background videos take some time to load, so the first one should be a bit longer to not cut the video off…

Great plugin. However If I put animation on text, when it loads the slide you can see the text, before disappering and appearing again with the animation.

I have seen more people with this issue:

I designed a Slider and within Elementor Backend is works and looks fine. By previewing the site the slider is completely destroyed. Nothing is where it should be.

I use the latest Elementor and Elementor Pro Version. Any ideas?
