Hello, I’m working on a clients website, and they want to receive the booking notice on 2 or 3 administrator/hostel manager/accountant emails.
I’ve tried writing 3 different email addresses on the email field but it strips all commas (,) and semi-colons (;) so it wont work.
Any ideas on how can I make this happen?

What i did: Open on old Booking from last Year. You will see the wrong Year.
How to fix: Edit file: /hostel/helpers/htmlhelper.php
After line: $parts=explode(“-“,$date);
Add this line: if($parts[0]<$start_year)$start_year=$parts[0];

Hi we would like to have about 5 prices for a dorm bed. For example member, child, senior, guest… in your demo I see “beds” and “child beds” is that it?
We would also like to be able to see an availability calendar for dorm rooms. The reason is we are a ski lodge, so big dorms with lots of beds. People who want to book a group need to see if their group of 6 can fit (for example)

I tried to make a booking via the software, successful.
However there’s a few error that encounter in the back end management and user as well.
Here’s the error:
Administrator / hostel owner
1. Booking confirmed and PAID via PayPal.
> Administrator receive a confirmation mail of booking BUT there’s no data of when is the date being booked, room type. (i do fill the the code {from-date} but it does not appear anything )
Manage Bookings (tab )
1. There is no upcoming booking appear
End User / Guest
1. Did not receive any confirmation email from hostel plugin, only receive paypal receipt
It will be difficult for me to know when is the date being booked. I need your guidance.
I am using a trial version and testing on all the functions before i make a purchase.

I just downloaded this plugin! Really excited to use it for our hostel. But I cannot add a room. Everyttime I click save it redirects me to a blank roster of “no Rooms Added” where I can then try again and the same problem keeps occuring.
I’m working on a networked site is this the case? I’d like to try this so I can make sure it works and purchase the pro version.

]]>Hello it looks like the no of beds won’t change from 1 no matter what room name is selected, e.g. if double room is selected shows 1 bed and when twin room is selected still shows 1 bed instead of 2 beds.

]]>Hi, I have taken a look at the limited free version and your site but have a few questions on the Pro capabilities:
1. We wish to use this system for a campsite rather than a hostel. So can the fields such as Room type (the terms Private and Dorm are not relevant and would need to be changed), Beds (when referencing no of available products) and tags like “Per night for the whole room” be edited in the code?
2. Some products are available on a daily basis and others are a minimum stay of 7 days, can the Pro version handle two settings as the free version doesn’t
3. Are deposits available as payment options in the Pro version?
4. On the free version the list view doesn’t show the room name is this just a limitation of the free version or has the list view changed from your demo site which does indeed show the room name.

I’m trying the plugin on WP 4.1.1 (evolve theme). I’ve just put the shortcode [wphostel-list] in a blank page and found the following issues:
– the datepicker doesn’t work (I mean, the calendar is not shown on the screen when I click in the Arriving or Leaving text box)
– the Show Availability button doesn’t work (the rooms availability table is not shown)
– the rooms table shown below the Show Availability button is not complete (e.g.the room name column is not shown in the table)
Should you need more details let me know.
