Hi there,
I installed the software Magic Lantern to my camera and shot some photos. The problem is that the exif data is not displayed anymore since I use Magic Lantern.
Nevertheless the images contain exif data. Could you pls have a look at them? – Perspektive-s.de
Cheers
Hi,
is it possible to align the exif span with the related image?
My problem is, if insert an Image i’d like to display the exif below the image and not within the floating text around it. Even with centering the image, the span is aligned right, which does not look that great…
Hope there is a solution.
Hi,
Does anybody know why only SOMETIMES I have got this error for a random pictures:
Warning: Division by zero in /home/pawelr/domains/rozenek.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hk-exif-tags/hk_exif_tags.php on line 133
Hi, until recently when I upgrade my WP theme, this plugin was working fine. I really enjoyed its simplicity.
The issue is, when the image has a caption, the EXIF data does not show. When there is no caption, the EXIF data does show. Here’s a test page so you can see what I mean…
https://japantravelmate.com/exif-caption-test
I’m using v1.5 of this theme – https://themeforest.net/item/particle-wp-magazine-theme/5987735
It was working fine when I was on v1.3 of this theme.
I’ve done the usual deactivation of plugins, but no plugins were conflicting.
If you’d like to investigate, I can give you access to my development site.
Hi,
I use HK Exif on my website https://www.rozenek.com and it is a great plugin – thanks for that ??
Anyway, I would like to display more exif data. I found information that HK Exif supports ONLY exif data which is stored by WP originally (plus extra camera make).
Can you please tell me, because I cannot find it ANYWHERE what else exif data is stored by default by WP?
I have tried to find a way to contact you more privately than here, but without luck. Can you reply here with your email so I can contact you directly?
I have found 2 vulnerabilities in this plugin and would like to report these to you so you can provide a fix for this.
The vulnerabilities has also been reported to WordPress.

Hi!
Can anyone help me why doesn’t work this plugin on my photoblog?
https://www.geby.co.uk
plugin already installed and nothing change ??
I have 40 images in a post, however only the very last image is displaying the exif data, I am using prophoto so not sure if that is the issue.
Any help would be great
Cheers
Michael
Hello,
I’d like to suggest a feature to make this plugin more user friendly (some clients of mine are not comfortable in writing some basic html..): Choose not to display exif data on a specific image by flagging a “no EXIF” tickbox in the img dialog that inserts the hk_noexif class in .
I’m not a programmer, so please forgive me if I’m asking too much!
BTW, your plugin is really useful, Thanks!
Your plugin v1.9 may not compatible with Pinboard Theme and/or WP3.5. Hope you can support this combination. Thank you.
Great plugin. But I want to also have two additional things: Lens model and Program mode. The strange is that I don’t see lens model in my exif info, Lens model and lens type are blank. Is it possible something like the bellow?
Panasonic DMC-G3 (20mm, f/4.5, 1/40 sec, Lumix 14, ISO160, Aperture priority)
Thanks.
Hi. Thanks for this good plugin, really nice feature.
I want to ask if there are a way to include an image but do not show the exif data (when the image has).
Of course can upload some without exif, but I need to show the exifs, and sometimes the same photos (maybe arround 80) in other place I don’t want to show it.
I ask if there are any property like “noexif” or something like that to specify when we don’t want to show them.
Thanks very much!
My site is here: jaimemacias.com. I have installed and activated the plugin however I cannot see anything.
Please advise,
Jaime
I installed and activated the plugin. But somehow don’t see the exif information with the pictures of my website. Is there any limitation or settings that I might have missed.
Here is my website: https://klickzbysri.com
Theme: https://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/deepfocus/
Any help would be appreciated.
I downloaded and activated the plugin, it’s very cool, but I get the following error:
Notice: Undefined index: make in /home/zarscom/public_html/photoblog/wp-content/plugins/hk-exif-tags/hk_exif_tags.php on line 62
Here’s the URL to my site, I run the Widescreen theme, ver 1.7.4
On my website the exif displayed next to the portrait oriented images and halve next to landscape oriented images.
I just added a before the display span like below and now it will always display below the image on https://www.vanoosbree.nl
$result = $matches[0] . '
';
$result = $result . $imgmeta['image_meta']['make'] . ' ' . $imgmeta['image_meta']['camera'] . ' (' . $imgmeta['image_meta']['focal_length'] . 'mm, f/' . $imgmeta['image_meta']['aperture'] . ', ' . $pshutter . ', ISO' . $imgmeta['image_meta']['iso'] . ')';
$result = $result . '';

When I activate the HK Exif Tags, all my posts disappear. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, did you solve it?
I’m using the BigFormat theme.
