I tried installing Hippoo plugin and Hippoo app on my phone (currently using ios 17.7) for my website.
But when I tried to make a dummy order, I don’t get any new order notification on my phone.
Is there something that I missed out?

Your plugin is very practical, we’ve just discovered it. Unfortunately we had another plugin that offered us more statistics, like the ability to see sales statistics over a custom?e date range, this allows comparisons with past years.

On the Android widget, we could also see the total sum of sales rather than the number of sales first. We also had notifications when the order status changed.

Are you planning any improvements in this direction?

Latest WordPress/Woocommerce/Hiippoo Plugin and App installation. Problem is that I can not connect the application to my website most probably because I am running wordpress in a subfolder of server root directory.

By trying to connect using both auto connection feature and API keys I end up on Error 404 Page.

Please note that website is in maintenance mode but problem is still present even if set to live mode (uncached).

Any help would be very appreciated, best regards.

Is it possible to get order notification on the mobile app for new orders?

UPDATE: To clarify I mean when an order is started, I know notification comes ones order is successful. The Order Alert for WooCommerce by MonkeyData does this but their API has been down for a while and not useable

i try to connect a store, but i get error “HTTP 401 UNAUTHORIZED”.
I’ve carefully checked, id and password are correct. I even tried manually with API rest. Same issue.

how solves it?
in the meantime, does your plugin accept mutliple stores to connect or only one?
