In the comment admin panel, the tag that should display the flag is broken (code is displayed, not image).
Otherwise the plugin works ok.

After i enable your plugin i see this error: Sorry, Watermark RELOADED requires PHP 5.0 or higher. Please deactivate Watermark RELOADED.
