I used this widget to create a sidebar ‘menu’ list of pages of a hierarchical custom post type I have created. I have set it so that child pages are only visible when viewing its parent page or sibling pages. This plugin is very useful because it requires no effort from my clients to maintain this menu.

Outputs a hierarchical menu with no expanding/collapsing feature. I would give it 5 stars if it had that feature like the description says.

I think this is a brilliant plugin. I’ve been looking around for a solution that would enable me to “silo” a website properly and everything else fell short, but you’ve got a real winner on your hands here!

Looked around forever trying to find a plugin to create a simple collapsible menu for pages in the sidebar. This does the trick.

Hello,

I have parent category and subcategories like :

-Paris
— museum
— restaurant
— cine

– London
— museum
— restaurant
— cine

When I am in “London” >> “Museum” I would like to have the siblings categories “restaurant” “cine” in widget on my sidebar…

If I have understand what this plugin do, it should normally make it… But on my website the “Hierarchical categories” make a white page and break my blog…
