It maybe abandoned but as of 5.8.2 it still works for me using WP-Weaver Xtreme theme.

Don’t waste your time. Trump voters apparently designed this plugin. You can click that “hide feature post” all you want. I’m pretty sure that just makes your feature image more visible somehow. It just doesn’t work.

This is a beautifully coded plugin by a talented developer.
I’m using 5.4.2 —- classic editor.
Tried it this week and still working.
All the best to Shah Pranav !

Works well for me except does not hide the caption if one is set on the image.

I installed it and it had no effect what so ever. I’m on WP 5+ using Divi.

As at 29 January 2019 and 8 months from the last update, this plugin just doesn’t work. I assume it needs an update. I’m running WordPress 5.0.3 with Themify Corporate theme.

Doesn’t work with Divi, does nothing.

It hides all images in a post and not only the feature image!
I’ve a post with WooCommerce products widget and i got that all products displayed without image!

I like the idea, was actually looking for something a lot simpler, but this SHOULD do the trick. It just has no effect at all on the post images. Couldn’t be bothered debugging it, but I suspect it is something to do with the hard-coded “twentyseventeen” theme name.

Duplicate all my posts and pages !!!!!!!
Go backup !

Works great. Image visible on posts page but not on the individual post itself.
Thanks, keep the good work!

Does not hide the featured image with OceanWP theme

Doesn’t work, maybe Divi overrides?
I mean, it comes up, the options are there, it’s just that choosing them makes no difference.
I just css’d it away with
.et_post_meta_wrapper img {
display: none;
}
(but that’s only if you’re using Divi) and it doesn’t give you the flexibility to switch display on/off that the plugin promised to give).
I checked out an alternative and that didn’t work either.

Doesn’t work
]]>Rating: 5 stars
Works as expected with my theme. Featured Image is shown in lists, but hidden on single post page. So, my requirements are met. 5 stars from me.

Featured image on pages doesn’t work. I’d post to the support forum but it appears overs have done so already and had no response so best to just remove the plugin

Hi, I read bad reviews about working in 4.9.1, but as it was no other plugin for this matter, I had to try. It works perfect in my 4.9.1! Thanks.

Doesn’t work w/ 4.9.1
]]>Rating: 1 star
Nothing happens when plugin is installed and activated and check mark is set.
]]>Rating: 2 stars
I can see no effect with WordPress 4.9.1 and Twenty Seventeen theme – the featured image is still there.

Work well
